Hello, 

Does anybody know how to block a drop-down list in IFS Cloud?

For example, in the screen “My new expense sheet” I want to block the user to select another department or expense rule from the drop-down list that IFS suggests:

Normally, an employee should not change the department in expense sheet, the department should come from the employee file. Right now as an employee I’m able to see the entire list of the departments that exists in  company and select whatever department I want.

you could use page designer to hide the fields - however that will permanently hide it
