Hi

In a company, a manager position can view details of the employees which are not relevant to that manager. How to hide irrelevant employee details for a position?

What does the position access look like for the manager?


In the position access window, access is given to only 8 sites, but when we view the graphical structure, a given position has access to all the employee details in the company. how we can limit that to view only to the access positions given through the window.


If the graphical structure does not match the desired results, then the positions need to be updated (in Positions window).
