Hi All, I am getting below error while login to the application. "Error===IFSAPP.GENERAL_SYS must be declared ifsapp^.General_SYS.Init_Centura_Session__( :lsCategoryRestriction, :lsLUList, :lsSettings, :lsUserGlobal, :lsSessionInfo )Error=== I am tring to login as IFSIMP(app owner) and their is no user clled IFSAPP in the system as mentioned in the error message.I found below actions from some old cases. 1. Deploy the  'General_SYS'  package and make sure that there are no deployment errors.- Could not find the above package from harvest to do a fresh deployment.  2. We are running Apps10 UPD10 We used custom fields to add fields to track supplier specific tracking info during the purchasing process.  The challenge is, if we use the “Copy Order” function to duplicate the order, the custom field values are also being copied over, so then we have to clear them.Is there a way to indicate “don’t include this custom field” in the copy?  Either in the copy step or in the custom field?

Hi,I’m trying to add more than one email address at Email Address in Application Server Task  I tried likenarasimha.xyz@xyz.com,narasimha.abc@abc.com(coma(,) separated email addresses)  ,narasimha.xyz@xyz.com;narasimha.abc@abc.com(semi colon(;) separated email addresses), but not working,when I use one mail like narasimha.xyz@xyz.com then it works. Not sure how to add more than one email address in Email Address  Please help to add  Thanks,Narsi.

Hi,I’ve created a crystal report, which contains a sub report. When running from the IFS Enterprise Explorer, the sub report doesn’t display any value. It’s empty. But when running the same report from Crystal developer by using the generated result key, it display data in the sub report. This issue raised from IEE only in 1 company and it correctly display sub report values for other 3 companies at the same organization. Checked the security. I’ve granted Select permission to ifsapp_all, ifsprint, ifssys, ifsinfo, fnd_webconfig, fnd_printserver on all the views which used to create the report. Could you please help me to solve this issue?Thanks,Thilani

We have on-premise IFS TouchApps running fine in production (Apps10 UPD5 TouchApps Server version) and need to install a new Test environment on the same server.When running IFSTouchAppsServerInstaller.exe to create the new TouchApps environment the installer values default to contain the existing production Touchapp server values.  If we change the settings on the first screen to point to the test database instance for the deployment, and then use the ‘Test Connection’ option to  make sure all is OK, this works fine.However the problem happens on the next screen where the System ID is also set to the Production value but cannot be changed (it is showing as a read only field).  How can I remove or change this value, or where can I find/clear the old configuration that the installer executable uses to remember these old settings?Right now I am unable to install a new test environment on the server unless it is given the same System ID as the current produc

I am working in the alain app 10 demo environment.  When attempting to create a Purchase Order header I get error message “Wanted receipt date (any week day I enter) is not a working day.  Any idea on how to fix this? Screen shot attached.

Hello everyone ,When reconfiguring the middleware on IFS 10 UPP10 we get this error message :  The installer is executed with administrative rights (“Run as administrator”). The windows user is an Admin.When executing the installer from another administrator, the error message doesn’t show up. Any reason why we see this error message ?Thank you , Best regards.

Hi!We have problem to get a proper sorting (order by) on the X-axis in Lobby element Bar Chart.If X-axis is by the type string we don’t manage to get a proper order by.If we convert X-axis to type number, then we get a proper order by, but not if using string values. In our case we transform a date value to week, using   to_char(datevalue,’YYYY-WI’), for example 2020-11, 2020-12, 2021-01,2021-02.We using above string format we get an order by that is based on Y-axis showing largest value from Y-axis first independent of X-axis.We then get the weeks in the X-axis on wrong order….?? Is there anyone who now a solution for this, or is this some kind of limitation in the Bar Chart??  Best regardsAlbin

Where we can find Custom Events in APP7.5. In APP10 we can find it in the vavigator. 

We are on apps10 and the first print job each day gets stuck status waiting, so does not print.  If the same user prints the same item again, then the print job goes through fine to the printer.This seems to have been happening since we went live with IFS10.  We are using the new IFS print agent.  I have checked the logs there and the first print job does not show and the first job shown is the next print job that went through OK.  Everything else prints successfully during the day, until the next day when the first print job stays in status waiting.There is on average about 6 hours between the last print job of the previous day, to the first print on the next day.  We are planning to restart everything this evening to see if this helps, but any ideas what could cause this would be appreciated.  ThanksDarren

Hi, I’d like to read and access data in IFS via the oData REST API endpoints using Power BI.We are using Windows Authentication, however whenever trying to authenticate to the API endpoint in the PowerBI oData Setup Wizard, it fails to connect using Basic auth (using Oracle User details/credentials, including IFSAPP), and is unable to using Organisation authentication (i.e. O365/Azure Single Sign On).Is there any special additional config required to allow PowerBI to query IFS data via oData?

HiIs it possible to retrieve document from Report Document Archive through Web Request?Based on console I can see there is a Web Request send to gateway endpoint.When tried to request it I got 401 error.Is it somewhere documented how to achieve it?/Wiktor 

APP10 UPD9I’m using this send email functionality to send the purchase order report to outside users. but this send the attachment with the name "PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP_<result key>.pdf".  Now wanted to add PO number in to the name of attachment.  So, created a report rule how I want the email. It’s works as expected, but user receiving 2 mails, one from report rule and one from the standard. Can we stop/skip the mail sending from the print job? I have tried with set “NO” to the SkipJobMail property in report rule.
