Disconnect then reconnect to display broadcast message?

Hi,

Have you tried re-starting the IEE client? It should be displayed when the user logs into the system. 

However, the already logged in users may not see the message until they re-start the IEE client.

Yes the message appears when I restart IEE!

I still found that if I leave IFS running for hours, the broadcast message is displayed without logging off-logging on.

How is this possible?

I am guessing as we are no longer using dedicated sessions, when you leave IFS for hours and sign back in, a new session is granted from the connection pool and hence the broadcast message is displayed.
