Hi,We have IFS8 in which facing issue related to Print Job. Sending Mail an order report via script, it raise error “PrintJobContents:Field [Report_Id] with value XXX_REP is not a part of Print Job.Please guide how to solve it.  ThanksShekhar

Hello, after using the script change_mws_password.cmd to change the IFS MWS password, an error occurs when starting MWS.  Details of error message are below.  This is on Apps9. Has anyone experienced this?   Caused By: weblogic.security.SecurityInitializationException: User ifs is not permitted to start the server. The server policy may have changed in such a way that the user is no longer able to start the server. Restart the server with the administrative user account or contact the system administrator to update the server policy definitions. Appreciate any insights you can provide.Thanks!Mike

I forgot the password of ifs, so I am unable to login the IFS Middleware Server Admin Console. Is any way to reset this password or alternative way to login the IFS Middleware Server Admin Console?

Getting above error with some print jobs in print manager.Job still processes and prints out of the printer which indicates no hardware issue, it originates from one printer but it kills the Print Agent service in a process bringing all printing down. But Print Agent running as console without any issues. Have anyone ever come across this

Hello,one of our customer is about to start the EDI (IFS10) and based on first tests we have troubles with IFS XML data. Hello, I’ve got a Custom Logical Unit that I have been able to configure a Page Configuration for. I’m wanting to add it to 2 areas of IFS (Service / Maintenance) so that the user can navigate to the Custom Page rather than having to go in via Projection Configuration > Page Configuration and selecting View Page. The main area i’m having issue with is what the values are supposed to be: Navigator Designer - add newPage configuration​​​​​​Page Designer ValuesI am hoping someone will be able to assist because this was always easy as pie in EE, but seems to be a bit more convoluted in Aurena. Thanks,Sean

Hi We have media Items (Pictures) we would like to present as images in Lobbies.We have not found any documentation how we can create a lobby element  to show for instance a picture of a part in Lobby. How can we create a custom Image URL and Background Picture which change according to the input in Lobby Header?Will be grateful for all ideas / solutionsregarding this. Marianne

Hello Everyone ,  I got 2 new IEE windows form.One is the parent a Master Form details Tab form and one is the children a form window.I’m trying to get fields values from the parent form.How can I reference those fields in the children form ? Can i get the value from the ‘’:i_hWndParent.FrameName.FieldName.Text property itself ? or I need to get it from a member variable ? Thank you ,Best regards

Hiwe are looking to install Business Report Executioner internally. I believe we need to purchase Excel 2016 Professional for it to work. I was just wondering will this work on Windows 2016 server? Thanks. Gary 

Hi, We noticed that the system uses different pdf version for different reports in IFS.We use report designer reports and we run IFS 10 upd 3Invoices and Collective Invoices are created as PDF version 1.3Confirmation of Customer Order is created as PDF version 1.4Is there a way to adjust the version used so we get version 1.4 used also for invoices? Regards,Anna

Does IFS Apps 9 have an XML schema for an EDI 820 Payment Order?  We are in the process of starting a project to integrate with our bank and would like to send them this document.  I have searched several places in IFS and cannot find any information on the subject. 

Hello, As part of our project to start using Apps9 (we are on upgrade 17) Service and Maintenance module I have had to create a few custom fields, like original planned date. I would like to have an event that when the IFS standard field for planned date is populated with data and saved that this enters the same date once only into my custom field (created a field that is insertable but not updateable). However I am needing some guidance on how to create the Event and pull in the custom field(s) that I need, plus help with the script to complete this in the best way in the Event action. Can anyone help me?

Hi,When scheduling reports/tasks, from which time zone, the time is shown in the schedule ? In most screens in IFS EE, the date/time is shown as per the time zone set up in the logged in PC.But, in schedules, it is not the time set up as the logged-in PC. Is it shown as per the time zone defined somewhere else in IFS (from the server time) ? Thanks,

Hello - I need to put a long statement 66 characters into a screen view in IFS, which I then need to add a custom field of YES/NO to this statement. I can happily create the YES/NO, however the screen prompt is not sufficient characters to allow the statement. Is there a way of adding this as a statement? Am I best to create a separate logical unit with this statement in and reference the field, if I do this how can I get the statement to without is having to be selected?Thanks in advance, Sarah

I receive an SQL error ​I have also tried this using between and = as comparators and non of them seem to work. How can I achieve this action? Thank you.

Hi All,We are trying to reconfigure IFS 8 application to include SSL and TLS 1.2 in it, It was completed without any issues. We have used self sign certificate for testing purpose. However when trying to open the application within the server, it is opening the default Oracle HTTP server page. Hi All, I have an environment set up, ADFS is incorporated in the environment. When I print as any user I get an error message and failed application message saying that user with directory id “X” can’t be found as an active user.Failed locating an active FndUser with directory_...I can’t change the director id’s on the account to match as it will remove the ADFS functionality, I can however restart the application message manually.What could be a probable cause for incorrect directory id not being picked up on initial message creation. Many Thanks,  

Hi,I'd like to confirm support about .NET Framework 4.8 for  ​IFS10Update8.I recognize IFS supports .NET Framework 4.7.2 as below.And I also recognize IFS supports Windows10 Version 1903 or later ex)Windows10 Version 1903,1909.But we could install .NET Framework 4.7.2  only Windows10 Version 1809 or older version.To use Windows 10 Version 1903 or later supported by IFS, we need to use .NET Framework  4.8. So,I would like IFS to add .NET Framework 4.8 as a support target.Could you please let me know if you plan to support it in the future?
