Hi,How do we delete a tbw form column in the customization layer cust?This may not seem very logical. but added columns not visible in a list screen (tbw) and to fix this I need to delete the columns from the cust layer. ThanksBarış

Hi All,This is in Apps08 and the user has updated company logo in the header and has added a new image for footer as well. When he order the report,  he can see the new company logo but not the footer.Is this because that image is taking too much space?Can I have some ideas to check this issue? Thank you.

Application Search and permissions in IEE APP10 UPD 11 We are exploring the use of application search and came across below access issue. This user account doesn’t have access E.g. RFQ but still RFQ header and line details are shown in application search results. There is an error when accessing the records but we do believe that the above information should not be available for the user. Is this a limitation in the Application search? Anyway to overcome this issue? We will probably not be able to implement application search functionality with this limitation.  

here I need to invisible the ‘OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS’ tab for ‘IFSAPP’ user for ‘Created By’ field.The screen shots contain IFS page and the xml of the page. What should I add to the xml body for that?

Hi All, We  setup mail sender in Customer UAT environment and it worked well in last week. But now its not working. Application messages are stuck in Released status. We have a requirement to make ‘Object Physical Location’ mandatory.1- When User will save ‘General’ tab without ‘Object Physical Location’ in ‘Inventory’ tab, there will be error on ‘General’ tab that could be confusing, as user cannot see the field in error on the screen he/she is on.So we moved following group onto ‘General Tab’. Now Question is ,is there a way we can move the borders with heading ’Location Details’ to ‘General’ tab?Or, can we somehow get rid of the blank ‘Location Details’ grid from ‘Inventory tab. it just does not looks right. Thanks for your input!

Hi ,Conditional Fields is not working in one of the customer's APPS10 Environment.It gives below error View [MATERIAL_REQUISITION] not found in the dictionary.I have refreshed the Dictionary Cache using the IFS Refresh Cache option.But it's not resolved the issue.Can anyone help on this?Best Regards-Kelum

Hi All,I have created a Custom Logical Unit and wanted to connect it with Support Key window. The requirement is connecting Customer ID and Support Key Description fields as keys.In Custom LU, Customer ID field is a reference type field and using same LOV reference which is using in Support Key window’ customer No field.When I try to create a new tab, it doesn’t show the Customer ID field (CF$_CUSTOMER_ID) in list, so I tried to manually write the field name in order to see the error message. Then I got this error :ORA-20105: The connected key CF$_CUSTOMER_ID is a custom reference and cannot be used in a parent key connection.How should I create the Customer ID field in Custom LU?Should it be a Text Type Persistent field without any reference?Please advise me.

Dear allPlease can anyone tell me, why the following issue could have occured?A customer of ours has two environments, one is OnPrem, the other is hosted on the Cloud. Both are the same Application versions, Apps 10 Update 8.Yet there has one specific LU been identified, where no Custom Fields could be created. Then we looked into the LU itself, follwing the path: Solution Manager > System and Utilities > Logical Units > Logical Unit.There we have found that this specific LU CustomerOrderInvItem differs between the both environments. CloudOnPremise The OnPrem environment is host for “Custom Fields”

 The customer is printing large number of invoices at once by selecting around 100 invoices in the Print Invoice window. The invoices are printed slowly, and when you refresh, you can see only a small number of invoices are being printed. When you again refresh, you can see the number of printed invoices are increased.My questions are,Is there any option in IFS APP10 where we can change the number of invoices printed for a given time? Are there any ways to speed up the printing?

Hi All,Whenever I wanted to reload configuration in Custom Page, I used to delete the existing Custom Page and create a new page with a different name under Custom Pages tab. Once I update an Attribute or add a new Attribute to existing custom LU, I’m facing this issue.I’m trying this after Synchronizing the changes and also use Reload Configuration RMB over custom page, on the header of the Custom LU and on Custom Pages tab.Could you please let me know the correct way to do this other than creating new custom page. I’m currently using APP09 and had faced the same issue in APP10 as well.

Hi, all!Could anyone share his/her experience for deploying webservice created from scratch to IFS Applications 10?I mean that we have created new web-service and now we would like to deploy it to IFS in order to call for it from outside the application to get appropriate data.How such service have to be deployed - using the ant-compile or through any other way?Where to put our generated files?Thanks in advance!

I wonder if there is a way i can see code/construction behind this customization we have in our customer order page. The tab ‘Freight Tracking’ and the RMB menu is customized.I was looking to find URL behind ‘FedEx Tracking’ menu but debug console does not bring any info. any ideas where can i  find this info. I also couldn’t find URL in the mentioned API in ‘System Info’ tab of ‘Freight Tracking’ tab.

Hi, Hope someone can assist me.I have setup a Report Rule to send Customer Invoices when they are first “Printed”.The Report Rule works fine when printing, however when the user Reprints “original from archive” the Customer Invoice to a physical printer, it resends the email again to the Customer.I do not want the Invoice to be resent to the Customer when it is reprinted. (it should only print to the selected printer) Also, when selecting the “Email” checkbox option from the print menu, I want the email to be sent only to the email that I have entered in manually.It currently sends the email the the manual email address and also to the report rule configured customer email address. Thanks for any help.Note, if I use the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event, it works accordingly.I am using Report Rules as I need to use a different field for the email address.  (hence the sql in the Report Rule)
