Custom Fields Not Showing when navigating from Lobby

Hi community,

We are using App9.

We have a issue related to custom fields are not showing in the page layout when navigating from a lobby. This seems to be taking the standard layout.

But, if the same user navigate to the page from Navigator, the custom fields are showing with custom layout.

What could be the reason for this?

If you are unable to resolve referring above threads, please include the information of your custom fields ( Can be exported as an ACP) and the Lobby Element along with the Update version of your IFS  application.

Hi,

Managed to solve this issue by removing this check box.

 

The user who created the Data Element has just selected this by looking at a another element.

I am not sure on the purpose of this check.

Does any one know about the purpose of this check box ?

Please refer the below theard.

“ Use Own Process’ allows you to create multiple versions of the same form in Enterprise Explorer. Let’s say you want your lobby element to navigate to a specific configured form, you can specify the screen process ID of that form in the lobby element ‘Own Process Id’ to make that happen. “
