Hello community: When I run a quick report of type: crystal report in Aurena I get this error message.Has anyone seen this error and know a way to fix this?  Here’s what I did: Created the IAL object. Created the Crystal Report using the IAL Object. And added CR WEB INT. I also added \\ for IAL object and \ for CR WEB INT.I moved the report to OpenReportPath. Then I created a new quick report entry in IFS IEE. Then I published it. I also grant permission to all the permissions sets. After refreshing the cache I was able to see the report in Aurena. in Aurena, the report renders without any errors. However, when you hit the next button I get the below error.   And if I try to do an export, I get the below error…  

Hi,In IEE Apps 10, in Application messages detailed view, the message input data is shown in .xml file. Because I am sending a JSON as the message input I cannot view it by clicking on it as it is not in xml format. Is there a way to view this message input in JSON format? (instead of having the message input in .xml file)Thanks in advance!

Hi All,   We are invoking a 3rd party API with PLSQLAP_Server_API.Post_Outbound_Bizapi and process the reply with PLSQL type.  We noted that IFSCONNECT user need to have all the grants since Initiated By user is set to IFSCONNECT and Execute as Initiator set by default. Is there a way to change this?   App version:IFS 10 UPD 6  

Hi, is it possible in IFS CLOUD 21R2 or 22R … to get access to a screen for some users but forbid to modify one field My customer wants its users have access to the Sales tab of the customer file but cannot add or modify the expiration date?Thanks in advance / Emmanuel 

Currently running Apps10 UPD14.We have an open request to add a custom field in Aurena that is a calculated field that is a URL for another Aurena screen.Example - Customer Journal - where it shows a business opportunity, create a link to go directly to that business opportunity.Is there any info on how to calculate the Aurena URL if we have he exact transaction ID and want to calculate the URL?

Hi Team, I tried creating a new component from Dev studio in existing project with name xxxxx but it doesnt display the newly created component in Dev studio , whereas i can see the newly created component in the workspace folder of the specified project How this can be made to view in Dev studio… Am i missing some step here ??? I am trying this in IFS customization project ..FYI 

In order to learn about integration structure, I created an "R&D Extension Project" called IFSDEMO. I followed the steps below in order.I installed "WebLogic 12.1.3" in my project. I did the "Synchronize Libraries" process. I added CancelOrder.BizApi and OrderServices.serverpackage in ORDSRV Component to Local Application Server. I did the "generate code" operation on "Local Application Server" again. "Generate Code" was successful. I did the "Clean and Build" process on the "Local Application Server". And I encountered 'java.lang.NullPointerException' error.I cannot start the "Local Application Server" because the Build was not successful. Also information:Language and region setting of application machine: en-US. I am trying to configure LDAP authentication for one of the Customer in APP10 UPD16. But it seems to be not working.Double checked the information given here and all seems to be ok.Do I missing anything? any other configurations which I have to follow? 

We recently went live with Aurena apps 10 earlier this month. I set a base profile for everyone but I noticed that the profile continuously changes but I am the only one with access. Are we all sharing a profile where one users customization affects all other users on this base profile? How can I make it so they are altering their personal profile after the base is applied?

We are running Apps10 UPD14.  We have SSO setup using ADFS.  We updated our ADFS setup and the manifest file per the instructions in technical documentation.  ADFS SSO works correctly for IEE and Aurena.After installing the Outlook CRM Panel add in - we see it on the toolbar.  When it is selected, a login window flashes by, but the panel returns with just a login button.  If we click that button, another login window opens and then closes (no errors displayed) - but the CRM panel only shows a login button.Any idea what is wrong? 

Hi,In Apps 9 there was a link to a Tips & Tricks portal, this portal had some useful videos on the search dialog. This portal has been taken down, I searched the IFS videos on youtube which has replaced this and I can’t find a good video or PDF explaining the search functionality for Apps 9. The search dialog (F3) is a powerful tool, I don’t have anything to give to new users, if I could get something it would save me having to create something.Thanks,Kevin

Hello,We have been tracking an issue for more than a few months now and have no explanation as to why this is occurring. Was curious if anyone has seen this type of error before and if you were able to correct it. We have also had an IFS Engineer spend roughly 8 hours troubleshooting with no luck.We are using IFS 9.10 and Oracle 12.This Out Of Memory Error does not show up consistently in a given area or if performing a certain task. This pops up all over the place. We have 100 users in our environment and only maybe 5 report this non-stop. This error forces you to restart IFS but once restarted it could go days before seeing the issue again. Hello everyone,from few months we are using B2E platform in our Company, and for better understanding for our employees we changed a little bit one line (hyperlink name) in index.html file in location IFSMWS\PROD\instance\PROD\www-root on our IFS APP server. But here is an issue,  after any update this file is always changing to standard. Is it possible to change this index.html file forever?We don’t know where is the source of this file to change one link name.Thank you in advance for any help.Attachment below. 

Hello all, I want to add some custom fields on the (sub)tab ‘Purchase’ on the supplier card. I would like those fields to be placed in a square like the other fields are. Does anyone know how to create this ? See attachement for example. I want it to look like the ‘Quality’ square and place my custom fields in there.

Hello, I am trying to write a SQL query that finds cases that are created by users of a specific work group. So I have these:Workgroup Name: Lets say it is called “XXX”Workgroup ID: is 123User who created it is someone in that work group ( workgroup 123 which is XXX) Now I want to filter all cases like this:*** WORKGROUP ( WORKGROUP_ID ( CREATED_BY(CASE_ID))) LIKE XXX I have used this to find those cases that the owner belong to XXX:&AO.CC_CASE_WORK_GROUP_API.GET_NAME(&AO.CC_CASE_TRACKER_API.GET_WORK_GROUP_ID(&AO.CC_CASE_API.Get_Owner(CASE_ID))) LIKE XXXIdeally I need something to give me more freedom to filter by case information. I can use CREATED_BY LIKE ‘USER1’ or CREATED_BY LIKE ’USER2’. Hi,Sometimes out of the blue, we get the Information Messages like below:We did not set any conditional fields on the screen Sales Part. This is not allowing us to update the records. Even though we log in as super users, one person gets this and the other person does not. We found similar information messages in Customer Order screen to. Is there a reason why the screens behave differently for the same users but on different devices?Can we make stop these information messages popping up? Thanks in Advance.

Is there any step by step to try the sample project from IFS Developer studio..? I installed IFS Developer studio and Oracle DB. So can I run the sample projects.
