Hey everyone, I am creating a custom event on the Project screen that will make the Project Totals tab ‘Manual POC’ field an automatic zero is a Project is in a certain Project Group. This is dictated by a custom field checkbox. I have debugged the ‘DO’ action of the Manual POC field and it requires (info_, objid_,objversion_,attr_,’DO’) In attr it requires Company, Project_id, Ledger_id(That is always ‘*’), Manual_POC(That will always be ‘0’ when this action runs). I have created the action to run after the Accounting_Project table gets a new Project_id, Company, and Project_group data. In the leave balance field no value is visible it shows up as blank but actually a value should be there can anyone help me understand why this is happening ?

Hello, I created a new custom tab BONDS to add to Customer Order Page in aurena i created a page configuration and projection conf. and i created a key link with project Entity. Projection configuration : The page is linked to a projection : MaPage Page details config : in the page designer of the custom Page . the selector & list are added . 1st Question : in bonds selector i put Order_no as Label But the custom Field is cf$_Order_no ( can this cause a conflict ?) im wondring if i need to add somthing on bonds List My issue No 1 : is when i refrech the custom Page (Mapage) to valide if the data is availlable on the custom Page i can’t see the data :

Hello experts, Please see screenshots below. We are able to use conditions in a Data Source type SQL. (first screenshot). We are on IFS10 UPD13. Could you please confirm that this is not possible in a Data Source type Info Source (second screenshot) ? I wanted to insert a new Lobby Element using the Info Source BUT I cannot pass the parameters in the Lobby page (Project ID and Sub-Project ID) because I cannot setup a condition in the new info source. How can we get a User account creation date out of IFS? It’s not available on either the FND_USER or ORACLE_ACCOUNT views. I can see there are OBJID and OBJVERSION columns on the FND_USER view, but that only records the newest version. What is the table or view to query to get the original account creation date?

The sql query report aborts in ifs 9 PROD environment at 30 minutes but runs in TEST environment about 1 hour and completes. Is there an IFS setting to change how long a report can run?

Trying to start IEE for a specific user and getting this error below. Other users work fine, on the same machine. Same user works fine in Aurena. Could it be profile/permissions related? Hello Everyone, I created 2 entities, one is the parent entity and the other one is the child which will be used in a custom tab as a list. The entity associations has been done using the common fields (Keys) as follows : I then created a custom tab on the parent custom page and added a list into it. The binding has been done using the main selector and the list. Result : No value retrieved from the list. Hello everyone, I have created a custom entity on IFS Cloud. One attribute is the SITE_CODE and the other one is the description. Both are persistent fields. On my page I want the SITE_CODE to be insertable but not editable once inserted. In the entity, I have configured the SITE_CODE field as follows : However, on the page, while creating a new record, the SITE_CODE field is grayed out. I tried to check the “Editable ” parameter on the page designer for this field but this makes the field editable even after a record is created. Can someone please help me with this case? Hi All, One of our clients has an issue with grant permission. Previously it worked fine, but now it does not work. see the attached image. when I tried to RMB and GRANT, it's not granted. it's removed from here. Is there any way to add it here? I was reading through Tip: Collecting Application Server diagnostic information | IFS Community earlier. What would be the option for a APPS10 CLOUD customer to obtain these kinds of stats? We’re currently 8h/day operation after pandemic planning to gradually return to 24/7 coverage. These stats will help in monitoring the health of the landscape .. With the cloud service, the customer does not have access to the servers themselves (RDP or otherwise) they being managed by IFS cloud ops. Would anyone know? Many thanks. paul.

How to change enumerations on a field that is not a custom field. my example is charge groups.

Hey all, We have successfully been using an external file template to import Manual Supplier Invoices (with authorized postings) for over a year. But for the first time we are needing to create an invoice that uses EUR instead of USD, and so obviously employs a currency conversion rate that is not 1.0000. I am able to make the invoice create with EUR as the currency, but I was still forcing a conversion rate of 1.0000. So, the invoice is created, but is obviously incorrect and has to be canceled and completely re-created. My next try was to leave currency rate null (blank in the text file), thinking IFS would go get the rate the same way it would when entering an invoice in IEE. This resulted in a file load error: Net Amount does not match Net Amount in Accounting Currency for Item No 1. I cannot get much detail on just what exactly IFS is trying to do or what is wrong. And I do not know what values to convert so that IFS thinks things balance, because it seems to do that automatically

Dear All, Some of our users experience a log in error after the system prompts them to change their password. We have configured the password to expire after 90 days, but the given prompts the user to change the password before the expiry. The user is able to successfully change the password, but when they try logging in using the new password they get an error. After that we have to change the password again from oracle user. I would appreciate it if you could tell me a way to find out the cause of this problem. Thank you and Best regards.
