On Apps8 we use Information Cards, which is quite important on various screens, espcially for sales quotation and customer order. In IFS Cloud 22R1 SU4 there are no Information Cards. Are there any plans to bring this feature back? When? Substitute?

Information Cards are obsolete and not upgradable to IFS Cloud. In the below community post you could see more details
