Hi All,Assume we have a custom REST API (POST) called by a third party. Is there a way to generate https 4xx error codes  for validations OR is it always 5xx for Business Validations. If IFS Business Logic raises an error using Error_Sys.Record_General, then it will be a 500 error (ORA-20110: ).Third party system who calls IFS Custom API prefers to have 4xx errors for business validations rather then 5xx errors.

Is there a way to set the system to have the default search settings for all screens  toRun Search to "When Criteria is changed" rather than “Only when Search button pressed” Startup Behaviour to “Use Search” > “Run Latest Serch”

My goal is to have “Execute Online SQL” event action to make a rest request to our API and then use the result of this call to show the warning or error if needed.  I figured that i can show warn/err by using Error_SYS.Appl_general or Client_SYS.Add_WarningI also know there is Plsql_Rest_Sender_API available.  I would appreciate if somebody could post some sample code if they have done something like this. Thank you in advance.  PS: We are using Aurena hosted in IFS cloud, so our access to the database is limited.

Hi everyone, i was this issue in aurena when try to search in the Journal, someone know how can i fix it? Thanks for the Help Regards

We are implementing cloud in stages and the wadaco element is now due. We are currently on 22R1 and when we are testing devices, we are unable to get them to work as the app is asking for the latest IFS version. We won’t be going live on this so are concerned about how the app will work.Is there any advice available for installing an older version of the app  that will work with 22R1 please?

Hi,Running update 15 in prod environment since 29th of September, and we now have Adobe-trouble when handling supplier invoice , - preposting and approve invoice. Anyone else have this Adobe troble ?  Invoice image is missing, we refresh the page, and than the invoice image is ok…. add a posting and approve the invoce… image is “gone” and you get the errormessage,. .. this goes on and on in a “loop” and is very disturbing for the enduser.

I am trying to import an ACP from Dev to Bnt but I am getting below error.Looks like the error is with the publish, but all fields are already published and were added to ACP after that only.

I have created a new BPA and saved it. When I try to deploy I get this error:BPA_DEPLOYMENT_FAILURE: 'BPMN Model validation failed with the following errors: BPMN diagram being deployed is not matched with the saved BPMN diagram.'I even created a new version and saved it, same error upon deployment.I’m on 21.2.6.

Hi All,Assume we have a REST API which gives a response. In the documentation for Response Samples - Error 500, there is an array for details. Why does it show as an array?Normally , it is a single record for a database triggered error.  Error 500

Can you attach media item type video? When I create a new media item (type video) I get an error. You can select Video in the Media Item Type selection but I can’t attach a file. Is there a certain file type I should use. We ar on APPS10 UPD11.

Hi Everyone,I have an odd problem.  I have installed delivery 004 to my apps10 test installation (which was previously working) and I am now unable to login either by aurena or EE.All middleware managed servers, deployments and data sources show as green on the admin console.  Database is up and running.  There doesn’t appear to be any important invalid database objects (the ones that are invalid are ones I’m currently developing), and there were no errors reported during installation. My mainserver1 does report the following error though…<Mar 28, 2023, 9:36:28,437 AM BST> <Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101020> <[ServletContext@1508610944[app:openid-connect-provider-main module:openid-connect-provider-main.war path:null spec-version:3.1 version:10.16.18.0]] Servlet failed with an Exceptioncom.ifsworld.auth.openid.provider.common.exceptions.runtime.IDPFrameworkException: Error while filtering the request at com.ifsworld.auth.openid.provider.controller.idp.o

In the EE client, it was possible to execute a keyboard combination to move up and down records. CTRL + Up Arrow Previous Object  CTRL + Down Arrow Next Object Our customers upgrading from the EE client are used to operate in this way and have asked for this to be brought back into Aurena as well. here is an example of the required (the keyboard shortcut should work in a single record screen and tabular screens):

Hi,Our customers are using TLS 1.2. I would like to know if "IFS APPS 10" is suitable for TLS 1.3. I can see from the following posts on IFS Community that TLS 1.3 seems to be the standard for IFS Cloud.https://community.ifs.com/framework-experience-infrastructure-cloud-integration-dev-tools-50/tls-1-3-downgrade-to-tls-1-2-for-boomi-connection-to-ifs-cloud-15735 Someone has even made TLS 1.3 work with Apps9.https://community.ifs.com/framework-and-experience-101/what-versions-of-tls-does-ifs-support-2142 But I don't see any info for "IFS APPS 10". Best regards, Romain

Hi Guys, Maybe it is a back topic, but anybody knows an automated tests tool for IFS Cloud? Thanks, Gianni Neves

Hi!I have been able to get my integration partner to upload pictures to the media library in IFS using a Rest Patch call, but the response when doing a successful upload is empty. Is there anyway I can override this response and write an own Json response, saying “everything went ok”?This is on IFSAPP 10.

When creating a brand-new page for a list based on Custom Logical Unit, I am encountering the following error. My customer is currently on 22R2 SU7 and I believe I did the exact process I am listing below a few months earlier to create a simple custom list which is still working. Can someone point out whether there is something obvious I missing here in my steps? 1: Created a simple Custom Entity with the ‘Create Projection’  is set2: Publish the Configuration3: Create a New Page (from the Page Configuration screen)4: Open the Page Designer for Page Configuration5: Create a List Element where you bind the new Entity and then add the required columns one by one6: On the page section, added a List and connected the list I just created.    7: Screen layout is ok, but when populate it gives an OData error The detail error IFS Web Version: 22.2.7.20230331080827.0Date: 2023-06-09T15:06:25.886Z --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ServiceOptions/ServiceO

Is it possible to use AD for security checkpoint sign off in IFS Cloud?  We are currently upgrading from Apps 9 to Cloud 22R2 and have some concerns with using PIN Codes vs. AD.  AD allows us to have rules in place to comply with 21CFR part 11.If we use a PIN Code we would have to determine how to ensure the followingCodes should not be sequential nor repetitive (e.g. 0000 nor 12345)? Require user to change after x period of time? Can’t reuse same code over x period of time?So our preference would be to use AD in Cloud if possible.

Hello everyone,I'm trying to set up Outlook calendar synchronization on IFS Cloud 22R2.The application has been created in the Azure AD portal and the info entered in IFS Cloud, but nothing works.Indeed, when I launch the synchronization, nothing happens: The SYNC_MASTER user is activated and the EXCHANGE_SYNC_USER set permission is assigned to my user. What else do I need to do?Thanks in advance,

We need to change the column headers in the ‘Electronic Payment Address Data(User defined field name) columns in External One-Time Supplier Specific Information window. This refers to Client Mapping Window. The supplier in concern uses ISO20022 Payment format. So we queried for LU “Iso20022Format” in the Client Mapping window. Here in the help a window named “Module Attribute Translation” is mentioned bur we cannot find a window with that name.We found the translations in the “Text Translations” window and change then and refreshed the cache. But we are not sure if this is the correct place since we don’t get the translations in the application after a restart.Any information regrading how to handle this translation is really appreciated.Best RegardsChaminda

Greetings, IFS Community! I created a page and published it. When I unpublished it to change the datasource entity set under "Active Page", the three dots are no longer visible? Is there a way to make it visible one more time?Currently, we are using IFS Cloud IFS 21 R1. Thanks,JL

Greetings, IFS community. In order to create some entities, I need to use the IFS Studio Developer application. Our IFS version is 22R2.Our IFS is hosted directly by IFS. The Odata Connection information has been provided to me. What is the process for connecting to IFS Developer Studio? Having experience with IFS 10 connecting to IFS developer Studio. Does the Host, Service, User Name, Password, and Schema need to be provided even if the IFS hosts it or there is another way to do so? Thanks,Juan Luis
