Hi everyone, getting this error when launching IFS Apps 9.
Are there any URLs trying to download/access to launch the ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application?

IFS applications does need to connect to the application server. Apart from that, since this is a Windows smart screen issue, it would be better to troubleshoot that first. You should find articles on how to do that by doing a quick Google search.
