I need help to determine if I need additional IFS Modules? We currently create an RMA when a customer returns a damaged part to us for repair. We want to capture any labor and material used to fix/repair the part. Most of our parts are CTO/MTO and returned to us for repair. We are on IFS APPS10 UPD#11.
What would be the best process and Modules needed?
