Hi,I’ve generated an access view for the FACT_PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE information source. We have a requirement to also be able to query Supplier for Purchase Part data - I’ve created a Quick Dimension called QDIM_PURCHASE_PART_SUPPLIER, which I’d like to generate an access view for. I understand that the dimension must be linked to an information source fact, but I can’t figure out how to actually connect the two.I’ve tried adding the dimension on the Information Sources screen but I get an error because there isn’t a dimension ID in the fact table to join on.I’ve also tried to do it via the Custom Dimension Connections screen, but I get the following error:It think it’s possible as I spotted a screenshot in the documentation where you can clearly see some quick dimensions connected to a fact table. Thanks in advance!

Where would I be able to find out if IFS have the following ISO certifications:AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, and AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000)  Thank you

Hi,I'm trying get the default values for a Catalog No before creating a Customer Order Line through a Workflow. I’m using the Invoke action ValidateAndFetchCatalogNoDefaults for this but I was unable to get any values from the Response Json.Is there anything I’m missing or is there another way to implement instead of getting the default values separately from each projection?  Thanks,Piyumi

IFSv10 Update 20. Oracle 19c. 440 Global Users. We have a few users that seem to experience a timeout, where by IFS appears to be fetching data, but this does not return until what feels like around 5mins. Some users are based in our US office, one in the UK and a few from home… Very random with the exception to it being related to IFS.We have looked into many reasons that might cause this issue. One area we feel we should explore is the 300 second timeout found in the IFS Middleware Server Admin Console - Common - HTTP Servers, Configuration screen.Has anyone altered this value? For what reason, and did it have the desired effect? My thinking is, perhaps we change this to 100 seconds…. Very much a stab in the dark, but keen to know if this is directly associated with the wait users are experiencing.RegardsMike

Hi everyone,I'm trying to create a format that starts with FEDEX. I tried entering "FEDEX%" in the condition criteria but it didn't work. Wondering if formatting can support other expressions such as "~" and "%"? Thanks

Hi, I wonder if it is possible to add a button that will appear depending on the status of the order? Where in the system to define the logic for this event?I want to add a button on the purchase order page.

Hi IFS Experts, We can enable the language in IFS Build Place and apply it in Use Place. But if the local language is not in pre-defined language list. How to add the new language code and translations in IFS Cloud Aurena version? There is no such topics in IFS Tech documents. Could you please share your knowledge regarding this? How to estimate the workload to add a new language? Thank you!

We have 4 APPS10 instances.  I was wondering if there was a utility out there that would let me see the status of all the middleware on one screen?

Hello.I need to create a new background task, but strangely, procedures with no parameter are not listed. Is that a bug or is that tricky to select such a procedure?

Hello, I am currently attempting to create a custom field that stores the Customer PO number (found on the customer order entity) for this quotation. As far as I’m aware, you can create a service quotation from a customer order or a work order. If I have the link for both of these, I can create this custom field, but currently, I don’t see a connection to do this. There is one entity called ServieQuotationConn which seems like exactly what I need, but out of the hundreds of service quotes we have, there is only one returned row in this SERVICE_QUOTATION_CONN view. I can attempt to pull the PO number from any customer orders that have the same order number as the service quote, but this doesn’t help with the work order created ones. Does anyone know where the information I need is stored? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

HiIs there an end of support date for IFS enterprise explorer 10   ?

Hello,Can any one share location of Binary patches for IFS9 RegardsPankaj

In IFS 10 Aurena, we’ve just kicked off our QC dept and what we found is that entering analysis results is very tedious because we have to enter one line at a time instead of it being a table view that we can enter in each variable at the same time. Is there an overview screen to look at the inspection results for an Analysis Result for a shop order in Aurena Cloud? Basically, is this screen or interface any better in cloud than it is in Aurena 10? IFS 10 Analysis Result, I can just click in the next one and enter results. At the top when I’m done, we “Complete All Registered Results”.Aurena 10, We can only “Enter and View Results” for one Analysis result line at a time. If I highlight multiple, I can’t look at multiple and I can’t enter results on this overview. It takes us 10 minutes each time we have to register inspection results in Aurena 10 in comparison to IEE.

Hi everybody, sometimes this pop-up window appears when I click on a particular screen from the IEE navigator. The problem is that it takes more than 1 minute.Do you have also the same problem? What can we do for performance improvement?Thank you.

Does IFS have a plan or any schedule for develope IFS enterprise 11?

Thank you for your help.

We are currently using APPS10 update 20We have a report rule working to generate a PDF file on a local server with an OutputFileName naming convention:INV_6302_IFS[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/CUSTOMER_NO]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/INVOICE_NO].pdfThis works perfectlyI now want to add the invoice date as a string ‘YYYYDDMM’When I try to add the field I get no error but also no output.INV_6302_IFS[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/CUSTOMER_NO]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/INVOICE_NO]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/INVOICE_DATE].pdf Assuming this is because of the date format being pulled from the field but how do I change it. Any help appreciatedAction properties:

My company is on IFS 10 UPD 13 and we got the patch to allow sockets in the .net print agent. This was pulled out of a future patch and supplied to us. We are experiencing an issue where certain printers are having the error “Listener Failed: The process cannot access the file ‘c:\tmp\...\spool_queue.dat’ because it is being used by another process.” Would anyone know what might cause this error to occur? Once we restart the service the printer starts working again.

Hello,Does IFS Cloud support External URL Navigation with Parameters in Lobbies?

Hi All,I am trying to activate an event action that send the report “Payment Advice” to an email address. But I am having a hard time getting it to work. All the parameters starting with pdf_ are blank except PDF_PARAMETER_1 and PDF_PARAMETER_2  I believe PDF_PARAMETER_1 is value in AP Supplier Contact and PDF_PARAMETER_2 is Report ID in Report Definition.I have been gone through the table in the below link but it doesn’t include how values are fetched for Payment Advice https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/22r2/default.htm?openpage=https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/22r2/Procurement/AboutEmailReports.htmCan someone help me out find out how the rest of values are fetched? Additionally I have tried to set value for default PDF_PARAMETER_3 using function Pdf_Report_Event_Param_API.New_Parameter after referring ifs community link but still value for PDF_PARAMETER_3 is still empty.

Hello community,I'm currently working on a project where I need to incorporate a nested table at level 3 using workflows within a cloud environment. I'm seeking advice and guidance on the feasibility of achieving this task. Specifically, I'm interested in understanding if it's possible to create a nested table at this level using workflows in a cloud-based setup. Any insights, experiences, or recommendations regarding the technical aspects and potential challenges related to this endeavor would be greatly appreciated.

In IFS the prepare.sql creates the IFS_SECURECONFIG audit policy. How is this enabled? Can it be enabled from IFS application, or is it enabled from Oracle side?We are on 23R1SU6

Hello, I am attempting to add a custom field to the Accounts - CRM page in IFS Cloud, but there is no entity called CRMCUSTOMER, like the debug console is claiming. Entity configurations, entity pages, etc, none show an entity called CRMCUSTOMER. I also searched the excluded entities list but still nothing is appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
