Migration Jobs are not visible to end user in Excel Plug-in. How do I assign permissions to a specific Job for a specific end user?  We are on APPS 10 UPD# 11. I only what the end user to have access to a specific job.  

In App9, IFS could defint the “Default Order By” to ensure the data was presented in the optimal way for the end user.Is this also possible in Cloud?Br Hans

Hi Team, As part of customer requirement i created a database task, how do i include this in my delivery?I created a utility packagefiles: 1) xxxxx.utility 2)xxxxx.plsqlDatabase Task in application: xxxx ( When i export this it is in XML format)Database Task Schedule( i scheduled it to execute twice in a day)- I dont see any option to export the schedule created, Wonder if there is a wayHow do we export this schedule? Inorder to deliver this how do we include this file, is there any documentation for this? How do you import or deploy IAL files?  I could not find any documentation on this.

Hi,I have created a permission set in Aurena and I gave the access level as full for all the selected projections. But I noticed that access levels for some projections have automatically set into custom and readonly. for the projections with custom access, I was managed to change access levels into full. But I was unable to change the access level readonly into full. When I’m trying to change it, it just stays as it is and not showing any change. How can I fix this and set readonly access level into full.Thank you!

Is there a way to compare two different environments to determine differences in configuration?For instance, compare a UAT or TST environment to the current PROD environment.Could the Update Analyzer be used for this?

Our objective is to align the test application version with the latest production version, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our testing activities.Traditionally, this endeavour has often involved deleting the existing test environment and creating a new one using the clone method, which can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. In Applications 9 and 10 it was possible to create a saved search as follows:  When executing this saved search a Popup was generated, asking the user to enter a value for the Parameter “CustomerNo”.  It was possible to use this saved search as standard startup behaviour of the page. So when clicking on the Page in the Navigator - it is being opened with the popup asking for a CustomerNo. Is it somehow possible to do this in IFS Cloud? Asking the User for an entry and using that entry to load the page? Best regards,Michael

This is for IFS Apps 10.Strangely, there are no records if you search for Main Type RWC from Text Translations window in IEE and also in the database tables. If I export RWC language files (Export All - Core - RWC - All modules - English + other languages selected) => I get 0 files exported.The lng files in the build home have the entries as usual and the application translates well to mainly used languages.Note: Cannot even see any entry (with no other filter) having PATH like %frm% or %col% or %tbw% or %dlg% The following are the only main types I can see in the database and client. (logged in with IFSAPP) same in our TEST and PROD environments.Any idea what might be wrong? TIA

Hi All,I would like to start the same page from different navigator entries with different parameters to get slightly different behavior.Way back in centura it was possible with 'Navigator.LoadWithVersion'Documentation says so now:But it did not work for me, it seems to me it is rather about navigating from one to page to another.Also filtering is not enough for me, there would be other usage of that parameter.So is something like that possible in Cloud Aurena ?A working example would very much be appreciated :-)ThanksJanos

Hi all, I am importing the external supplier invoice’s image from .pdf -document, but this image seems to be empty/blank.I created a new Reader below:  And I created a new Routing Rule aswell, which is connected to this Reader. (This is connected to a Example_Document_File_Import Routing Address): In Application Messages I can see .pdf successfully imported:  When I open this “Input Message Data”, this pdf seems to be empty/blank. Original .pdf which were imported were not empty/blank.I can see this same empty/blank pdf-file in External Supplier Invoice Document Files -page also. When I use “Load File” -button in External Supplier Invoice Document Files -page, this .pdf is not imported as blank. This IFS Connect for some reason imports this .pdf as blank.I have tested also file formats .jpg and .tiff, but they did not seem to work at all.Do you have any idea why this pdf is imported as blank in IFS ? I am using 22R2 SU3 -version.Thank you for your time!

Hi All!We are planning to upgrade customer environment from IFSAPP9 to IFS Cloud version.Also, we have made some modifications - the new forms were created.And customer would like to save these modifications on new IFS version.Is there any tool to facilitate the execution of an upgrade task, meaning converting existing IEE form code to Aurena page code?Maybe some kind of code parsing/refactoring/converting tool?Does anybody have such issue in customer project?Thanks in advance!Best regards,EPSDANMI

Hello,  I have a colleague who is attempting to install IFS Developer Studio 22.120 on Windows 11 however the installation process keeps getting stuck on 0% completion as shown in the screenshot below but goes no further. The user has no previous versions installed. I have attached a screenshot of where the error is occurring, please let me know if there are any work arounds or any further information required.

Hello,is there a way to refresh the attachment on the List after execute an action?below is the example. every time when the ‘Quaified…..’ action being executed, a new document revision will be created and attached to the line.The document revision will be shown when clicking the paperclip button in the line but it only works for the first time.The document revision remains after the next execution of the action, I have to refresh the browser to see the last document revision.i am using IFS App10 UPD 16.Thanks/Samuel

I am attempting to configure a custom event that cancels customer order lines on an order when that order enters Delivered or Partially Delivered status.To that end I have created a custom event that triggers correctly: The custom event action contains the code below, but the first issue I’m ran into is that the Customer_Order_Line_Api.Set_Cancelled method throws an error when attempting to run it on Reserved lines: The above error led me to believe that I needed to find an API method to unreserve customer order lines before trying to cancel them. That led me to the Customer_Order_Reservation.Remove method, which sets the reserved qty to zero but doesn’t change the status of the line to something other than ‘Reserved’.So at this point I’m stuck trying to find a way to accomplish the unreserve process via custom event. If anyone has any insight on how to correct my event, or if there is an accepted alternative way to accomplish my overall goal, I would much appreciate any insight.Thank
