We can be able to import the data which is provided in the IFS Docs.  To export the data, there is no code available for .DOT net access provider in the IFSDOCS. Please help me by sharing the code for export data in .DOTNet access provider.I trust you understand our issue.

We have recently upgraded to cloud and trying to get the Notify Me App working For Administrators it is working but for users once they enter their login credentials using single sign on and get this error:An Error has occurred - SE_UNAUTHORIZED - Insufficient privileges.  internal:2 Have made sure these are granted:Permissions¶To run IFS Notify Me security groups must be granted to an end user Permission Set via Security Grants to access the Notifications & Stream Types as detailed in Notification Types below. When changing the service provider from “Azure” to “Private Cloud or on premise”, we need to recreate the build home for delivery to Use Place.I have three questions as below.Q1, What are the differences between the build home before and after changing the service provider, and how can we confirm them?Q2, Can we use the Private Cloud or on premises build home to delivery to Oracle Cloud’s Use place? Do we need to change the service provider to Oracle Cloud and recreate the build home again? We have an issue in IFS Aurena both 22r2 and 23r1 (not tested on other versions, I suppose it all version is impacted) on some client’s. We suspect it’s an issue when running the latest version of Chrome/Edge Version 116.0.xxxxxx When you have links in table windows clicking on the links is working expected, but from detailed windows link’s doesn't work when you click on it nothing happens. If you use RMB and choose open in new windows the link open’s in an new browser window without any issues.

I am trying to log time for a Shop Order Operation through Time Registration in our development environment (note that this environment has not had a data refresh since March 9, 2023). I am trying to log time for this past Monday (4 days ago) but I am receiving a “The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date”. It seems that I can only enter time for todays date but I should be able to enter time for past dates. I noticed that this error is triggered when the current date (depending on the site) is less than ‘Date Applied’ during a creation of a Operation History record. Does anyone know where the ‘Date Applied’ field value is being pulled from when a Operation History record is created after a user has logged time successfully?

I have created a Custom Field that is using a Reference LU but when using the field, not all available fields from the CLU are displaying. How do I change the set up to choose which fields from the Logical Unit display in the LOV?Exmaple, here are some of the fields in the Custom Logical Unit I want the Demand_Head_Ref to be a field that is selectable / searchable.I have created a Persistent Field which uses a referenced Logical Unit for CcCase and published. The field works as expected but the Demand_Head_Ref is not a searchable / visible field in the table that appears on the LOV How can I configure the results to pull which ever fields I want from the Referenced LU?If

I’m trying to navigate from a counter lobby element to the list of tasks. The parenthesis’ all line up and it looks right given the documenation, but when the link is clicked, it complains of a malformed URI. If you just close the dialog, the query appears in the advanced search box, and it works. But something just isn’t right there.

The event ‘Notify_Next_Auth’ does not use line breaks in the message text. Does anyone know how and where to fix this.Thank you

Hello IFS community, I do not know what I am missing in the permission sets. I have an user that have access to the Voucher Entry under Accounting Rules>Voucher>Manual Voucher=> Voucher Entrybut now access under Financial>General Ledge=> Voucher Entry. The error show “Navigation target frmEntryVoucher is not to be found in the dictionary” when I search in the “Presentation Objects by Component” I can not find the frmEntryVoucher.  Any way how to provide the access the Voucher Entry under the Financial>General Ledge. ? I am using IFS10. Voucher Entry under => >Financials > General Ledge > Voucher EntryHow can I provide the access to this page? 

Are there any users who have found that they needed to do additional configurations to the supplied Ubuntu machine provided from the Build Place? I have my Ubuntu machine running in a vSphere environment hosted internally and was assigned a hostname. I turned on the machine, ran the change_-hostname command to the correct name. From the Windows Management server, when I try to run the script ps> .\main.ps1 -resource 'KEY' I get a connection timeout where I cannot SSH to the ubuntu box. It could be a firewall issue, but this has not been the case with other customers in the past. Does anyone have any suggestions on configurations needed inside the VM?

Hi All, It seems that it’s only possible to add fixed values as enums in a user task. Has someone succeed in using values from a IFS standard/custom enumeration? I assume we could fetch the values from the enumeration to the workflow execution using a projection call but the problem is how to bind the values to the enum type? Regards,Damith

In some examples and part of the IFS documentation I came across the following:com.ifsworld.fnd.bpa.process.LoggerDelegate as JavaScriptIt supposes to help me debugging a flow.However I can't find how to use it (I don't mean to prepare the task in the flow, that I'm capable of).I want to know if I need to turn on Watch? Do I see anything happening in the IFS Cloud > Debug > Enable Debug Console or the Log Window? Do I have to go down a level deeper in the network activities of my browser to see additional logging? Do I have to prepare an unique etag variable that can be used/seen?Any support is helpful. Thanks

Hello Everybody,In a Custom Event, the content of a variable is automatically filled by the system. This means that, if in a variable there is a single quote, the Action fails.For example an Event that is fired when the master part is modified and it requires the description. DECLARE  description_  VARCHAR2(32000) := '&NEW:DESCRIPTION';  ...BEGIN  ... If the description is something like “This is the ‘description’”, the Action fails with an SQL sintax error.Is it possible to prevent such error ?

I want to add a column to the table in the window that was previously opened as custom. From right click context menu=> Custom Objects => Fields => New but there is no connection to any LU. I think LU is not opened for this tablo.  To create new LU I opened Solution Manager=> System Information And Utilities =>Logikal Units=> Logikal Unit window. But the new LU button is not active? Is there any documantation for opening new LU. ?Thanx.
