Hi,

 

When log into MPB application in 22R1 cloud version, following error is poped up.

" * Activation of C:\Users\nrram\Downloads\Cbs.SchedServ.Launcher (11).application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:

+ Deployment and application do not have matching security zones."

 

from some research done in google, found that this is a network related issue and some have overcome this issue by

1.changing the network profile to “Private” from “Public”.

2.Start using Internet explorer.

changing the network profile did not resolve the issue, also this cloud app version(22R1) doesnot support internet explorer.

 

Any suggestions to overcome this error?

We are experience something similar, when we try to launch APB on a fresh computer we get this error message:

‘ERROR SUMMARY
    Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
    * Activation of C:\Users\se-noefre\Downloads\Cbs.SchedServ.Launcher.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
        + Deployment and application do not have matching security zones.’
