Hi @SuchD
Not at the moment but something we can look into in a future version.
What is the recommended way of modelling permission sets in Cloud?
After scoping the solution using the “IFS Scope Tool” customer wanted to grant access based on the L2 level processes in the tool.
But there is no easy way capturing all related projections of an L2 process (command buttons, reports, etc).
This has become a major issue in the testing phase because we have to keep adding the missing projections to the L2 level permissions sets we created.
Is there a database table to get the L2 processes and the projections related to those?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@SuchD
We will GoLive for IFS Cloud (migration from V8 to VCloud) in few months, by the end of the year and we are facing the same issue than you.
In fact, we are in the process of a complete reshaping of our permission sets but unable to find out all projections related to L2 process (command buttons...).
So, really interested to know if you found a solution for that or if there are tips/tricks to do it

Have there been some improvements regarding this topic in the last releases ?
