If you have access to connect to the Oracle database then could use any ETL tool that can connect to it, just the same as you would in an on-prem environment. Could use SSIS if building SQL Server DW on prem, or Azure Synapse/Data Factory, etc. if you want to do it in the cloud.

@GOGMANIKM Most likely you already got the answer elsewhere, you will, standard IFS Cloud setting have only read access to the database of IFS. Hence only their tools can be used. So this leaves you with:

1. Manual entry of data
2. Use Data Migration (Excel or flat file loading and processing)
3. Data Migration Manager (the most complex to prepare of these alternatives according to me)

Hope there is someone who can shed some more light on this.
