We changed the date on our server to a date in the future by three months to run a function in Demand Planner. When we returned the server date to the current date we are now unable to log into our database. We are getting the error: “Signature of the provided id token could not be validated against the public signing keys of the identity provider.”

We are using IFS Database for the Identity Provider.

We are on Oracle 19C, Apps 10 UPD 18.

Any ideas on what could be the issue?

Looks like token life skew is causing you grief. Assuming you are using DB authentication, making sure that the DB server and App server are in the same date/time and doing a restart of both for good measure should fix you up.
