HI, I have some questions regarding Reminders to customers.I would like to generate an overview of all reminders send for each customer with an overdue invoice for activity measurement and check the success rate of all reminders. Is ‘Customer Reminder History’ the correct way to get this overview? What happens in case the email with the reminder message is not in use anymore, is out of office, etc where does the automatic or manual reply of the customer end up?

For some of our purchased parts the Inventory Part Currently On Hand - Total Supply Purchase Orders quantity is doubling the open PO Lines. The example part there is a quantity of 13 on customer order and purchase orders, but the Total Supply shows 26 (doubled). Checked all the purchase order lines, 2 lines are closed received completely and one line open for the 13 pcs.Also checked the Inventory, Sales and Purchase parts and Suppler for Purchase Part for conversion factors and everything is set to 1. Our team use this screen often and need to rely on the information. This is only recently been discovered, been using IFS Apps 10 for a year. Worth noting it’s not on all the parts just a handful of parts that are pass through and not on any structure and purchased with the same supplier.
Hi, I couldn’t find a resource containing the information that we’re looking for, so I thought I’d log a question here.Our organization has a development and a production environment. We were wondering if there is a way for changes done in production to be automatically replicated on the development environment? In this case, we’re mostly wondering about changes that technicians may apply to singular Items, user profiles, etc. It would be great if those changes could be replicated in development automatically. Is there a feature for this? Does anyone have this set up? We are currently on version 11.2.3, soon to be updated to 11.7.2.
I am having issues being able to grant access to be able to print MRB report to users. They have full access to the MRB cases screen (Mrbcaseshandling). They receive this message however, “You are not allowed to execute the report” As IFS app, I can select the print MRB Report tab and it opens a screen called Report Format and Output, but the projection for the debug console still shows MRBCasesHandling. So I am not sure how to find the projection that needs granted to be able to access the Print MRB Report tab.Any suggestions/help would be appreciated!

I aim to have the row highlighted in a specific color based on whether the checkbox is checked or not. Currently, when an email is received, the format of the contact's name is as shown in the screenshot below - The original format in the received email, as seen in the above screenshot, is lastname,firstname. Panel creates the contact in the same name format - Is it possible for the name to be automatically formatted as FirstName.LastName in the panel without requiring the user to manually edit the first/last names in the panel? So that when they create a customer contact via the panel, the name format is correct.

Hi, I am trying to find a screen on IFS that will show me which documents (attachments) are not checked in or not approved/released. Is there a screen to show properties of all attachments to IFS? Or all attachments on customer orders etc? Thanks
I am trying to provide access to our users to be able to select the List… button in the Create Count Report screen. As of now it shows as greyed out when the cursor is inside the Warehouse field. How might I be able to grant permission for this button to be used? I can’t seem to locate it in the Presentation Objects by Component tab for the permission set I am trying to grant it to. I am not sure how to find what the name might even be to search for it. Photo included below with the button highlighted.Thanks in advance!
