Hi,

 

I am trying to find a screen on IFS that will show me which documents (attachments) are not checked in or not approved/released. Is there a screen to show properties of all attachments to IFS? Or all attachments on customer orders etc?

Hi @robynalexkira
Would you mind confirming which version of IFS you are using?
It may be that a Quick Report would suit your needs over an existing screen but I’ll check for you.

@robynalexkira you could try with Document Object Connections. Pretty much the same fields should be available in IFS10 as well.

If you need also the Approvals, then maybe a Quick Report as @pwlm stated would be better suited to combine all the info.
