Hi Community Admins,

 

Is there a way we can merge community account from a previous to new ?. In my case i have join a new company and wanted to disconnect my previous account and connect with new e-mail address. Any thoughts?

Because I think IFS community also operates on Zero Trust strategy. 

Assuming you dont have access to the previous email, there is no way to confirm the owners of the previous account to the current account.

mmm but they allow merge Academy accounts
