Is it possible to create functional user groups in assyst?
An example would be a user reports a service outage that affects a service are, we would want to log the ticket under that service area as opposed to any specific user.
A simple example would be we want each province to be a “user”, as each is a service group. This would allow us to easily report on MI’s in specific areas.
