Hello, At the moment, if we have a PO with multiple lines, when Finance receive an invoice, they manually enter the invoice against the PO number. IFS will then auto-match that invoice against any receipted line on the PO and if there are 10 lines, there is a 1 in 10 chance of it matching the right line. When it matches the wrong line, Finance have to manually correct it, by deleting the wrong match and finding the correct one. It works well when there is only 1 line, but we have started to look at consolidating reqs into fewer orders, which will create more work, not less for finance. Ideally, we would want to enter the relevant PO Line # when the invoice is entered, so IFS knows what to match it to, but there is currently no option for that. Does anyone have any experience of this and a solution? We are using IFS Apps 8. Regards Shaun

Question. We are working on customizing the PO and Invoice Authorization windows in Aurena. Does the Arena version of Notify Me inherit any of the filtering options that we create in the Aurena PO and Invoice authorization/notification screens. ie if we update Aurena to only show po"s or posting proposals that are waiting for authorization will that have an effect on NotifyMe.?

Can IFS send  automatically e-mail reminders to customers when payments are late, rather than manually create and send those?

My customer need to sell 529 separate fixed assets in one transaction (the sales value of each item is the NBV). Is there a way this can be done via an import, rather than individually "selling" 529 assets on IFS please?  

Hi All,Is it the standard behavior in Intrastat reporting that Credit Invoices are shown with very less information in the Intrastat lines?In this case the Customer returns are showing with correct full information. (20 - Returned goods and replacement goods).But the Credit Invoice for the return is shown with very less information. The transaction category for this is “16 - Transactions involving actual or intended change of ownership for a consideration (used to denote a credit transaction)”. This seems to be wrong.Thanks

Hi All, I’m trying to match the rental transaction from my PO but the “Matched Rental Transactions...” is disabled, any idea? 

I imported a fixed asset which included 3 object transactions. I rolled back the object transactions and now would like to delete the object.When I try to delete/trash it, it tells me that:  the FA object is used by 3 rows in another object (Fa Object Transaction)I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where I am going wrong or if it is even possible to delete this object.  Thank you.

We have been using IFS10 for almost a year now, but have never used the Bank Rec functionality We have now have a process for uploading bank statements into IFS - which will help with matching payments - but is there any notes/instructions on how we can clear the previous ledger transactions with no bank to match against and how we get the balances to reconcile?

It looks like our Direct Debits runs are being posted to the same cash account/Gl code as mixed payment, but for some reason I cannot see these coming though to the automatic  matching screen for bank transactions. Is there anything I should be changing or doing different that would allow these to show or is there something I am maybe doing incorrectly that is stopping these from showing?

What does this error mean when trying to ‘create direct debiting order’.  Some invoices/customers will go through ok, but occasionally some won’t for this reason?  

We are trying to improve our First Time Match rate for supplier invoices. I am trying to us the PO/receipt reference more for stock items, but finding this is a difficult process for non-stock items and supplier won’t always quote a delivery ref etc for these. Is there any suggestions on best practice for improving these?

Is it possible to activate a code part value if the system is already Live?

Hi, I noticed an issue with the column Planned Revenue in the Project Navigator while is was creating a report with Business Reporter. This column displays revenue different for Project/Customer Invoices and Instant Invoices: Instant InvoicesThere is no revenue displayed in the column Planned Revenue when using an Instant Invoice. An Instant Invoice in the preliminary state will result in revenue displayed in the column Preliminary Revenue. When the Invoice has status Printed, the revenue will transfer from Preliminary to the Posted Revenue Column. This seems logical to me.  Project/Customer InvoicesThe column Planned Revenue shows a value when the line in the Invoicing Plan is set to invoicable. For the Customer Invoice flow the column shows a value when the Customer Order is released. But even when the Project/Customer Invoice is created or has status PostedAuth, the revenue will still be displayed in the column Pl

We currently have some posting that are stuck in Status 99 because we are missing Posting types M121 and M125. The errors happened when we closed out a shop order. Does anyone use these Posting Controls or know what they’re used for? We’ve been using IFS since 2015 and this is the first time these have came up.   We are on IFSAPPS10 UPD8

Hi,We have two sites within the same company that do a lot of inter-site business.  Site A makes a controller that site B integrates into their product and sells the package to the customer.  Site A wants to recognize some margin when they transfer the controller to site B, in a sense selling it to site B at a markup.  I’m familiar with other systems where you can add a surcharge or a warehouse transfer charge which could accomplish this, or even define a warehouse transfer pricelist.  Is there anything similar in IFS Apps 10?  We’ve struck out so far as to how to accomplish this short of making both sites companies, which is not ideal.

We have several VAT NO’s depending where we are shipping goods from.Is there a way to add multiple VAT no’s so that we can choose the correct entity to pull through to customer’s invoice.

Hi EveryoneI saw that the Zoom in (in IEE apps10 with F9) doesnt work in aurena anymore. Is there a workaround for this? Are there any substitution process for the zoom in functionality?right now for example if i create an instant invoice and choose a customer and i need to edit the customer i just open a new tab with customers search for the desired customer, edit and save. then go back to the previous Tab.Is this how it works now in Aurena? Best RegardsSophal

Is there a document that defines the fields on the ISO20022 Payment Addresses entry screen?  If so can you share that?  I looked a previous post about institutes, but that does not list the entries for the Payment Addresses screen.
