Hi, Is there a way to get a copy of the last supplier BACS file produced by IFS? If so, can someone guide me to the screens or process for retrieving this please. Regards Shaun

The voucher detail currency always populates to the billing currency of the entire request. however, each NPU & PU have billing currency's on them individually. if we were to bill 1 NPU line to a USD bill to and the remainder to a CAD bill to, it will ignore those and only put what is under the request itself, not the specific line items. is there a way to adjust the voucher detail to take the currency from the line itself rather than the entire request?

I want to record a Bounced check in the system which was received from a Customer. Once the check was sent for cashing, it was identified that the check has been bounced. Can someone help me in this?

Does anyone have information they can share on setting up ACH payments to suppliers?  I think I have the basic setup completed, but I’m not able to actually create a payment that shows the invoices are paid.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to Print Payment Advice form IFS using Order Report but in Order report, there is an option to enter Order ID I don't Know what Order ID system required.  

Customer submit for me one check today 10-Aug and check date is 01-Sep which mean it’s PDC.now after i record it and match it with some invoices, in 01-Sep it’s return from the bank!! how i can handle this because the cancellation will not help especially he will give another Check “new” and we need to match this new check with old one?And i need the financial entry to be like thisDr Bounced Cheque Account  / CustomerCr Bank Account.

Hi,We won't use the cost module for a long time. we need to make all inventory parts zero cost allowed. I think there should be a way to give permission for zero cost but I could not find it. Is anybody know where is it?  

A user has Voided a supplier check in error and they want to “undo” the Void check status.  Is there a way to undo or cancel the Void status?  We are using APPS 9. The RMB option to “Set Status to Printed” is greyed out,even with Include custom Items is checked(in both Issued checks and Supplier Check windows)

HelloIs there any possibility to shorten the time of opening attachments?The main need is to quickly open invoice PDF from Tax Transactions, so we did connections to TaxLedgerItem LU and they are visible as attachments. Next step would be to put some custom menu or at least to avoid clicking OK in  "Select document type to view" dialog every time we want to open attachment.Any idea how to achieve our goal?/Wiktor

In Apps 10, we are wondering about some accounting related to multi-company projects.   Do you know if both the Supplier Company and the Customer Company need to cost account the hours for an employee before any transfer is done between the companies? If the supplier company cost accounts but the customer company does not, what happens? And vice versa? 

Hi Team, While creating Invoice through external customer invoice assistant with IFS Standard File template in UPD7 Test2 the Invoice is not getting created  and end up into error "Net Amount does not match Net Amount in Accounting Currency for Item No XX". The same file is getting uploaded correctly in UPD3. We are only entering Net Currency Amt in invoice line and Currency Amt in posting line along with other mandatory data with the same data in UPD3 invoice is getting created without any error but in UPD7  it is giving error. In both the environment external customer invoice parameter setup is same.  basically in UPD7 system is asking to enter both Net Currency Amt and Net Dom Amt in Invoice line and In posting Line Currency Amt and Dom amount.   Regards, Mukesh Gupta

We are not currently using the MRP for one of our companies and are looking for a simple way to move our stock balances from manual spreadsheets into IFS. We are purchasing and receipting stock using IFS PO’s which will of course increase the stock balance. However, we would like to perhaps use a migration script to reduce stock balances (That would be our usage of this stock). Does anyone know the best way to achieve this?? Can we import material usage?  

Hi Community, We are using Apps 9 Update 15. It has been discovered that there is an issue with Work Orders, specifically the No Part Requisition Lines. The scenario is that, after we created and saved the requisition header. When we add Requisition Lines, and after adding all the required information, and saving, the Quantity is removed from the line. This results in a loop whereby we cannot continue. Surprisingly, if we look at the Purchase Requisition outside of the Work Order, all of the information is present and allows for the conversion to a Purchase Order. We are using Work Orders for CAPEX Orders, and we are unsure if finalising the requisition outside of the WO will cause any posting control issues, or facilitate the Financial Project processing. Any thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated. Regards Ken

Hi All, In Manual Customer Invoice we enter the quantity of the line items and it gets captured as well but If we cancel the Invoice the quantity does not gets reversed i.e quantity do turn in to minus in voucher information.   I have checked in IFS8 but this issue in all the environment. . Hi, We would like to know how can we enter in IFS invoices issued on our behalf on a partners ERP system. In the company we’re setting up in Switzerland a new company and for the warehouse operations we will have a partner (4PL) that will perform the complete process Order to Cash (from receiving customer orders to receive payments from customers). They will invoice customers on our behalf from their ERP system. Periodically (daily, weekly, …) they will inform us of all inventory transactions, all the invoices they have issued and the payments done by the customers. In this information received, we want to enter in our IFS the customer order, the shipping and the invoice. Entering the customer order and generating the shipping we see no problem. The problem is how to put into IFS the invoice generated by 4PL that was already sent to the customer instead of having IFS generating an invoice. Thank you and Regards!

Hi Community, Is there a way to Import Depreciation for an Existing Object/Asset with newly added Book. For example assume FA is already implemented and now we need to Add another Book for Tax Purpose. I have tried the FA import external file template. Hi,   We are experiencing wrong tax amount, quantity and price amount on some credit invoices( Project Invoice). Only a few invoices are prone to the error, which seems to be related to how IFS group all the lines together. More specific, it happens when project transactions on the original invoice are diveded into different lines,  but with equal project id, sub project id, employee no,  report cost group id,  activity sequence, report cost code, sales price and some other fields. Then IFS will only put the transactions from the first line into the credit invoice, and then update all the correction project transactions regardless of which lines they belongs to. Lets say we have three different lines on an invoice which matches the criteria given above. We then select “Credit Entire Invoice” on the original Project Invoice, which will result in only one line on the credit invoice, ignoring the other two lines. Furthermore, the project transactions belonging t
