In Apps 10 there is  a new control type for inventory postings: AC22 project connection.
Is intended to be able to use so that you can post the arrival into Project inventory to a cost account?
How should the usage posting be made in such case, for ex. M24 delivery from project inventory, as the AC22 is not available in M24.

Does anybody has a example of the postings flow when you would like to post project inventory as cost at arrival?

It is possible to use AC22 control type to control the postings depending on project connectivity.

You could raise a case to IFS Support on AC22 not available in M24 and explaining the intended functionality.

@Jan T

I was able to attached AC22 control type for posting control M1. if you go for simplest form, you have option to decide which account to be used to hit M1 cost transaction based on fact whether project is connected or not.

Further you have option to go for further classification  from “Specification control type”

Here, Test plan i performed was, Receiving inventory from PO , and based on the fact whether project connection is established or not to PO line, posting control worked respectively with “Connected” and “notconnected”

Hope this helps you to get a lead on your issue.
