How to enable FSM over View in Documentaion for users. 

Hi , As we can not see previous allocation in dispatch console , Is there a way or any other type of calendar available so that we can see the previous allocation of resources . Thanks

hi, is there a way that multiple criteria can be applied in the dispatch console filters like multiple competencies . I think since Match All is on, if I put multiple, it does not show any results. So want to turn it off. 

Hi Experts,I have a search type screen, On it I am trying to invoke a client script via a button. But the script does not seem to pick the the rows of the resultnt search. Is this expected, or am I missing something?

hi, is there anyway that resource names can be changed?I wanna change  Michael Henry to Henry Michael but don’t see any option for that. Since this is being used in many assignments, allocations, I cant delete & create a new one too. I have many others like this.  

When trying to fill future stop time its not working but in IFS latest release they say its fixed .

I can only see a task which has been assigned to an Engineer in schedule board map, but can not see unassigned task in map?Any specific reason ? 

In the time types defined for FSM module, I have attached a calendar thinking it will automatically set default timing/start & stop time for a resource working for that site but when I select this in MWO, I still need to enter the start & stop manually.I chose this time type but start time is not auto populated 

Hello,We are an Apps 10 customer using PSO version 6.9.0.22.We use Scheduling Web Interface within our apps setup for IFS to communicate with PSOWe have just updated PSO in our TEST environment to 6.10.0.12, and post update IFS is no longer able to communicate with PSO. It would appear IFS Scheduling Web Interface is no more based on not seeing it within IIS settings of the PSO Server compared to Live environment. I reviewed the release notes PDF, and I can see in release 6.10.0.4 “Removal of Scheduling Web Interface and changes to other components to work with .net6”My question is, how do I resolve our problems and what is the alternative method to use now going forward within Apps to allow the communication to work again?

Hello!  How come some settings i workbench are resetted after each session? For example the map options of cluster distance and transparacy. Is it possible to save those settings somehow? Can you adjust standard settings based on profile or something similar?  

Hi,in FSM Webclient it’s only possible to delete a note which was created by the login user.How can a note be deleted by another user?Is there any setup defining it?

Hi All, w have requirement to show few datetime related columns show same values for all FSM user irrespective of logged in users machine time zone .  we have a setup in custom metadata with mask type as “DateTimeNoTZ” . this functionality working fine as expected in Smart Client. Web client , it is not working . even though we configured masktype in UI design . is there any setting need to be done separately to show same value as smart client ?  . please note that this requirement  is only for few fields a nd not  for entire application 

Hello Experts,Could you please assist me with a concern related to the FSM mobile app?A customer has reported that some users need to reactivate their mobile device, and I have attached a screenshot for reference. I have been advised to delete the mobile record from the PERSON_MOBILE table as a workaround. However, I would like to understand when and how this is happening, and if there is an alternative solution to allow the affected users to access the app without deleting the record from the PERSON_MOBILE table. Would appreciate any assistance you can provide.Thank you and Best Regards,Aathi

Hi Team,When we resource lock a task to the ISP bucket (resource lock and date&time lock), and afterwards we try to commit it. We see that this task then gets committed to today (ie sysdate), and not to the day that it was originally planned (and date&time locked). This creates issues and great risk and impacts ISP bucket implementation deployment.Steps to replicate issue :1. Task is unallocated.2. Try to allocate task to ISP bucket by resource lock and date&time lock to ISP bucket resource.3. Commit the task.4. Hi Team,We are exploring if there are any configuration or alternate solutions to split a Task according to the Tech Availability. FSM defines a task with 8 Hrs but can be split into smaller chunks of minimum 4 hrs to scheduled on subsequent days.

Hi,The aim is to understand if and how the below Map functionalities can be provided in Schedule Board and its integration with BING.It seems that the FSM Schedule Board/Maps don't allow any possibilities to configure Maps via UI Designer in order to configure the below possibilities.Looking forward for any inputs helping to configure any of the below.1. Possibility of doing zoom in the map using mouse scroll on webclient. 2. Visibility of tasks of the Teams on the map. Currently, it is possible for only one team3. 'Show Textual Directions' option on the webclient. Hello,Just installed the version 6.11.0.9 and there are som issues that users complain about.The new default color of shifts in gantt is “to” grey, is there any easy way to change that? in some of the moddeling views, for example resource and skill. when you click a skill and like to add a availability you can only see 3 rows, is there anyway to change that. Difficult to get a good overview.  And we got a huge amount of sessions after upgrade, anyone seen this problem?
