Hello, 
I am trying to make a custom screen in order to replace it with the Rich Text Editor, because i want to filter the 'Text Line Code' dropdown field in the pop-up when we click on the 'New' button.

The problem is that the screen continues to work with the same functionality like the notes tab, and not like the Rich Text Editor functionality.

Is there any way to implement Rich text editor functionality in my custom screen?
