Hello,I am trying to update a line in the Purchase Order (view PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_PART). I want to update a price for several lines at the same time. Every time when I am trying to do that I have the following error message:Entering a new line works perfectly, but the update of existing line doesn’t work. Has anybody encountered the following problem? Is it possible to update the Purchase Line with the Excel Add-In? Thank you in advance,

Hello,I am trying to migrate the Supplier for Purchase Part in IFS Cloud.I encountered the following error:“ORA-20110: TaxHandlingUtil.INVTAXCODE2: You are not allowed to use Tax Codes of type Tax with percentage greater than 0%.”I think that the problem is that for one site the field Tax Code is blocked:As for the other site, the field is “unblocked”:Is there any specific setup on site level that needs to be done to have this field avaliable for the Supplier for Purchase Part page? Thank you in advance,

Hello, does anyone know, if it is possible to export data from an IFS Applications environment via FNDMIG_EXPORT into IFS Cloud environment via FNDMIG_IMPORT? I tried, but it seems, that it doesn´t work. From Apps to Apps it is possible, from Cloud to Cloud as well. Thank you in advance, Johannes

In Apps 9 we had a Custom Tab (Provision - LU (CCustOrdCommReceiver)) in the Customer Order, in that we manually insert Values.Over this Data we run a Commission Note to identify the commission per Commission Receiver. This Custom LU got uplifted to the Cloud but was not implemented on the Page.I created the needed Projection Configuration:I created the needed List “Provision” under “All Elements”And implemented the List on the Page:But every time I open the new Tab I receive the following Error:I also tried to only add the Order no without the other Custom Fields but I received the same Error: IFS Web Version: 22.2.11.20230802081957.0Date: 2023-10-23T06:40:24.679ZCustomerOrder/Form (server error)An internal server error occurred. Does anyone know if there is a limitation on number of rows when migrating using Excel Add-In?I have done a few tests and it seems to be limited to 5000 rows??  

hi All,I can insert or update the schedule in Employee schedule from IFS client , but I can only insert a record in WORK_SCHED_ASSIGN using DMM and update will give an error at the deployment container.My requirement is to use DMM tool to update the schedule from C to B in below IFS window. the CSV file is attached and it looks like : at the deployment container I get below error and the record did not get updated.Method NEW failed : ORA-20110: WorkSchedAssign.INSOVERLAP: Overlapping date intervals. Has anyone used DMM tool to update schedule in WORK_SCHED_ASSIGN?Does anyone know why I am getting below error and how to resolve this?Or is this a limitation in DMM? Thank you! 

Hi Experts, at the moment we are trying to configure DMM too to do the migration for a new implementation. The customer hosting the 23R1 version on premise and we are having some hard time to get the DB links works for  non production environment. We have setup the Template project in PROD and then created a project based on the template projects. However, not clear about how we can create DB links to add non production environments as connected environments.  can someone help me to find out the proper way of doing it  like what user we need to use here and stuff like that. Kind Regards!Niyomal.

Morning everyone. I’m working with 11.3.9 and we are going to archive events out of an existing database to standup a new initiative. I want to reset the starting reference numbers for all event types. I know that the event reference numbers for Problems is determined based on the problem_hk table and that the change_hk table determines the event reference numbers for service requests and changes. The incident_hk is used to determine the incident_id (not the incident rerfernce). I also know that Incident, Task and Decisions are sequential and I would assume use the same table to determine the next reference number.My question is this, what table is used to determine the event reference number of Incident/Task/Decision events.

Does anyone know of a way to make this column non mandatory in data migration manager?  Not sure why it would be created this way.  I imported the IFS template.  Version is 23R1 

HiI’m trying to migrate some European addresses which include accents, cedillas and other special characters, for example Île-de-France,  Lérida and straße.I’m using a standalone migration job reading a CSV file (not the Excel add-in).  The characters are displayed correctly in the cs file when viewed in Excel.I’ve tried using the WE8ISO8859P1 character set which I’ve previously used successfully for the degree symbol for temperatures, but the addresses don’t display correctly - Ãle-de-France.Is there a character set which will handle all the main European special characters?Many thanks,Marion

Hey everybody, I am trying to set up an Excel Migration Job for with custom fields. Unfortunately it doesn´t work. Without the CFs I am able to upload data in the master. With the CFs it seems to work (validation and execution works without errors), but the record set doesn´t update. I am curious if someone of you faced the same issue. Name and Cepi have been updated. Validation looks good.After execution it looks also good.The fields in IFS aren´t updated. Without the custom field data is updated.    Thank you in advance, Johannes

Hi,when sending a HTTP Post request to IFS REST API I get an 400 error as respone.On the IFS Server I see this log message:2023/10/06 06:31:12 [warn] 96#96: *149147568 [lua] cookie.lua:146: bake(): SameSite value must be 'Strict', 'Lax' or 'None' while connecting to upstream, client: x.x.x.x, server: IFS, request: "POST /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/LocationHandling.svc/LocationSet HTTP/1.1", host: "IFS"The Post request is initiated by our Lobster middleware, using postman everything is working fine. I have a lobby that is working in IEE and returning data. But when migrating from IEE to Aurena. I get an invalid data source definition error. The client type is set to Aurena. IN AURENA IN IEE data source:   Also the elements that are returning data are returning null values. Any ideas why this is?

Hello,In order to load data from INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST2 to DW, it took a lot of time, actually using OBJVERSION to load a latest one but still taking 2 hours only for this table. Is is possible to add a timestamp field directly to a view INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST2, and if any information change in a row the timestamp will be updated ? 

Hi,When importing the template project file for 23R1 I get below error message.  From Background job error textunable to extend index IFSAPP.DAT_TEMPLATE_LOAD_PK by 128 in tablespace IFSAPP_INDEX     ORA-20110: DatFileOperationUtil.ORA-01654Has anyone encounter the same error or can help to resolve this error please?I was using IFS demo environment https://ifs23r1costestlkp.rnd.ifsdevworld.com/  with Alain credentials to import the template project. Thanks!

Just starting out with DMM in IFS Cloud 22R2. I need to pull data from two tables into one target table. The documentation indicates how legacy tables are joined is important but gives no information on how to do this.Somehow this worked when there were two legacy tables with the same key simply by identifying the keys on the Legacy Table definitions.In this new situation, there are three tables involved and I need data from tables T1 & T3. T1 and T2 have the same key. I labeled them Key 1 & 2.T2 and T3 are linked by a different field. I tried labeling these as Key 3, but that did not work.Is this possible to do and if so how?  

I’m executing a loader job via OnServer route and once I select the file from the SFTP Server, getting an error “Invalid value for property “IntfaceFile””. Any suggestion on the reason of this error and how to fix it.Thanks

I am trying to import supplier records into my IFS8 system using xml files generated by an external system. The xml files are supposed to be using utf-8 encoding. However, because some of the records are generated from Korean and Ukrainian sources, not all the characters are utf-8 despite the xml referencing <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>. As a result, when the connector reader gets the xml file, it reports:com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.io.MalformedByteSequenceException: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.And the file is not processed any further.Sometimes the control characters will clobber the xml tags, which nullifies the entire file structure.Aside from forcing the sender to reformat the data, is there anything I can do in IFS to compensate for the bad characters when the connector reader tries to pick it up?Here is an example of one of the bad xml files opened in notepad++.
