Hi All,

“Copy Part” screen seems to only allow us to copy one part at a time, is there a way to bulk copy this? They can’t use migration jobs.

Does anyone have scripts handy or a tweak for this? I rather not write it from scratch as there is very limited time for this.

Hi,

You can use this screen to copy all parts from one site to another site.

Thanks for the reply but that screen only copies inventory parts? We need to do sales and purchase as well :(

At a pervious employer I nabbed the code from Copy Part and put into a Custom API call that was executed via a RMB from a Custom Page to copy all parts from one site to another.

It was in Apps9 and a number of years ago - so sorry I’ve no code to share.

It is something I would have thought would exist - it doesn’t help with expending businesses.

Perhaps one for the Ideas Board?

@signils Hi,

The easiest way to copy all inventory parts, sales, and purchase parts to another site is by writing a script. You can create an event when the inventory part has been created for new parts.
