Is it possible to show the name and/or shortCode (name) of Items in the Product Tree Data Explorer in assystWeb? Currently, it seems that only the shortCode is displayed at the Item level in the hierarchy, while the parent levels show only the name.To illustrate There does not seem to be much detail about this in the wiki, and I haven’t been able to find any system parameter or user preference that can be toggled to change this behaviour. Hi all,We are currently using the standard searchable entities in assystNET when searching for the Affected User (e.g., Name, Department, Section, Building, etc.).We would like to check if it is possible to extend or customize these searchable entities specifically for the Affected User lookup.In particular:Can we add additional searchable fields/entities to this search dialog? Is it possible to include custom fields in the Affected User search? Are there any configuration options or best practices to enhance this search capability?Our goal is to improve the search experience and make it more flexible based on business needs.Any guidance or documentation would be highly appreciated.Thanks in advance. 

Can I use a network drive as the source configuration directory for an ETM import rather than a local folder?  I keep getting an error so I was hoping there was a workaround or config setting to allow this.  I need a 3rd party to drop a file in a network folder so ETM can kick off it’s usually processing of an import file.  Is there any other simple solution for this?Thanks!T

Hello,We are currently running IFS assyst 25R1 SU2 (On-Premise) and the web access is working perfectly.Environment details: On-Prem deployment Authentication method: SAML Mobile device is domain-joined Access via mobile browser (Safari/Chrome on iPhone/iPad) → Working fine Access via desktop browser → Working fine However, when using any of the available IFS apps from the Apple App Store, none of them are working. I tested all available IFS applications and none were able to connect successfully.Important note:From the same mobile device, I can access the assyst URL via browser without any issue (including SAML authentication). So connectivity, certificate, and authentication appear to be working correctly at browser level.Questions: Are the IFS mobile apps supported for 25R1 SU2 On-Prem environmen

I am creating a workflow where based on the user request (which generates a parent event) I initiate an authorization task to the manager using contact users. Upon their answer (authorized/not authorized) as this is stamped on an action I have those details (whether it is authorized or not) on the task and not parent event.  Is there a way to populate authorization details (information on authorization, who authorized and when) from task to parent event? 

Hello,I am setting up a workflow process in which I am sending authorization and decision tasks for end users on the assyst NET side. End users can create a request and if this request requires authorization/decision it is automatically generate and send to them. Authorization is usually done by a different person then the original end user requestor. Question: Can original end user requestor see/view who is the authorizer/decision maker? How to populate this information to the request?

Apologies if I’m just missing it, but I don’t see anything in the Wiki about it either. In previous versions, we could select multiple events in an event monitor using Shift or Ctrl, then right click and take an action on all of the selected events. How do you do that in 24R2? I select multiple check boxes for the tickets I want to action, but as soon as I right click on one of the selected tickets to take an action, the rest of the selected tickets are unchecked. Is it not possible to action multiple tickets in the new version in the new event monitor view?

Is it possible to remove or modify the pre-filled TODAY values in Date/Time for future actions?This question stems from repeated user complaints that they find the use of future actions unintuitive, and save the action as Today most of the time.Our users often operate on “auto‑pilot” when filling out actions, and for future actions this is an issue as these are rare events, reducing the chance to learn the workflow by hand. We recently updated to the version 25R1. Unfortunately, we are now experiencing an issue where all object searches display a maximum of 20 objects as results. We cannot figure out what is causing this. In the previous version, everything worked fine. It seems that a parameter is either new or incorrectly set. Does anyone have an idea what we can check? The IFS support has not been able to assist us so far (which is a bit frustrating). Many thanks for your help!

Hi,I am working on creation of a change management process in a Process Designer. I would like to have a Stage representing Document Preparation in which I do not need a task, as it is simple managed by the owner of the event on its own. However when I do not create a task under a Stage, while running the process it is completely skipped and it drives to the next available Stage.I tried using fulfilment flag at the stage, but it still does not work and also a process is limited to have only one fulfilment stage, therefore this does not work.Any ideas how to solve this? Does all of the Stages in the Process need to have a task underneath?I have the same person running the Event, therefore the key is only to indicate at the Event level on the progress of the Event.  

assyst v11.4Currently, when a Decision Task is received by an end user (via assystNet) they can go into the system and approve/decline the task.  For managerial authorizations (e.g. equipment or access requests) this is fine.  But when it comes to change requests that have a workflow the approver can’t see the attachments unless they are on the parent (“R”) ticket.  This is problematic because files such as test results can be buried in a UAT decision task.  So we are asking the approver to review a change request but they can’t see important documents such as test results or impact assessments.  We have trained our IT (assystWeb) users to attach documents to the parent ticket but often the UAT tasks are actually decision tasks completed by end users via assystNet.Can the assystNet portal be modified to expose all attachments in the workflow regardless of where they are?  Otherwise, I believe we are nullifying the credibility of the approval.If someone has a sol
