hi, Any tutorial or demo on dispatch console ? Regards
Hi,I created Maintenance Standard Administrator Groups and add users but I can’t add created by me work task template to administrator groups.
IE Apps 10 -I am using the Retrospective Work Reporting – EAM. I issue part and Return Parts to Inventory When I go into the Work Order, the Issued and returned parts are not shown on the Material Tab or Returns tab The only reference I can find to the issued and returned parts are on the Work Task Costs Tab I was expecting to see material issued and listed on these screens. If one was to look at the Historical Work Order for this Object, and did not know where to look, they would think that were no parts issued or returned. Is this a bug? Thanks,Gregg
Hi, Hope someone can help. We are now on 23R2 but I’ve seen the same behaviour on 23R1.I’ve created a Service Contract, then created PM Action for it. As you can see on the screenshot below the PM Action has Service Contract and Line information. When I generate the WO from the Maintenance Plan the Service Contract information is missing on the Work Task (I’m aware that it shouldn't populate on the WO level but previously it always was working on the Work Task). Can someone advise is there anywhere a setting missing to make it talk to each other?
Hi.I have active contract (sc. below) but 2 tabs are empty, why?

Hello IFS Community and R&D,Recently an aviation client implementing CAMRO and our IFS Partner NEC Japan raised concerns about the core Workshop functionality through case CS0202376 Ticket Form for Case - Service Center (ifs.com)They have 2 requests in improving the core product:Ask: If a different workshop code is set on the New Serial page, they want this value to be reflected at all levels of the Manage Serial Structure. i.e. they want all child modules and child piece parts to have the specified workshop code on New Serial page.Limitation: Currently, only the top part of the Serial Structure is updated to this chose workshop code value. Meanwhile, all other components underneath the top part are incorrectly assigned to the preferred workshop. To change the workshop code of each component, the user must click each component level in the tree structure, select the Serial Information tab > Workshop section and individually edit the Workshop Code. Ask: There must be a default
In the PM Administrator we can set new values for Maintenance Triggers of the types: Calendar and Event. But, the triggers of condition type are missing. Is there a plan to include that in the PM Administrator in coming releases?

Hi Experts,We are in the middle of an upgrade test from 22R2SU3 to 23R2SU3. When I try to add a person resource demand line (Prepare work order\work task\tab resources) with a resource id (if I create a demand without a resource id no issue, even if I add an allocation for such demand no issue ) I get below error.I am not using request management functionality (only the previous work order flow), hence why would I asked to register a service site setting ?.Is this a bug or have I miss any setup. Can some one advise please ?Thank you,RoshanP.S:
Observed that the following LoV is not correctly populated when the Party Type = Asset Manager. It retrieves the values related to the last selected Party Type value or if it is the first time then it contains the supplier info.Is this desired? Then add the Person Id and try to save, the following error occurs.Observed in APP10 Internal IFS reference instance.
Hi,How is it possible to show PM Allocation or Training in Resource Monitoring GanttRegards

Hello All, A customer of mine is analyzing the feasibility to switch from using Work Orders (EAM) to Requests / Request Tasks (NextGenServiceMgmt). Since they’re servicing assets that belong to customers, switching to Request Management makes it a lot easier for them to execute the flow. However, they are also using Projects module. Each Work Order they work on they connect to a Project. I didn’t see any option to connect Requests / Request Tasks to a Project. Did I somehow missed finding this functionality or it doesn’t exist yet?@Alexander Heinze you’re my best bet with this question 😁.
I am using IOS MWO app. When I operate a work task on MWO app, I couldn’t find the same function button on the MWO.
Hello, What page can I use to view work order costs against a list of work orders, without running a report? ThanksCory
Hello,In the Prepare Work Order screen on the Journal tab, IFS automatically tracks status changes for various things like Work Task, Work Order, and Work Task Steps. We are wanting to also track status changes for the material orders associated with work order on the Materials tab. We noticed in the Source column on the Journal tab that Material Order is a pre-defined source value. However, our system isn’t recording any status changes in the journal tab for material orders. Is there something else we have to set up to have this status change start tracking? Or is the Material Order source something different? We’re running Apps 10 update 13.Thanks,Evan Edwards
is there any option in IFS to transfer the MO from one customer to another. The reason being when a aircraft is under maintenance and the ownership of the aircraft is changed from A to B. note: only partial maintenance activities are carried out in the old ownership. Now the MRO wants to bill the new aircraft owners for the maintenance activities carried on the old ownership as well. closing the open MO and raising a new MO is a time consuming process. is there any alternate option to tackle this requirement?
Do you have a recommendation on how we can do the following in Cloud:Indicate that an existing part serial has been used or is re-furbished? Specify on a sales quote, customer order or shop order that a refurbished part (non-serialized) is to be used to fulfill the order? Use different pricing for a non-serialized part based on whether or not it is un-used vs. refurbished? We currently create two part records for this purpose and add a suffix of -10 behind the part numbers that are refurbished. We’d prefer to only create one part record instead of two.For example, the un-used part number is 1234 and the refurbished part number is 1234-10. Users add the part with the -10 to orders to specify that a refurbished part is to be used to fulfill an order. We looked into Condition Codes but determined that we don’t want to use that option.
I cannot isolate why some tasks that are completed in mWO are not updating the Work Task to Work Done status. In the example below, we have a 2-task work order, with each task having 1specified person resource demand (no other demands). Each task was assigned to the same resource as the demand, and then transferred to mobile. Task was completed in mWO, no outstanding steps or materials, etc., then returned. Reviewing the task shows the following results:
Could you please share the latest version of MWO windows app installation files for APPS10. App required: IFS_mWO_EAM APP10, latest version in windows store (i think it is 10.22.1448.0)Platform : Windows We have a secured environment and there is no internet connection on the devices. So, need the installation file for app installation.
Does the O&G extension fully functional in IFS cloud or is it still planned for future releases? If planned for future releases, do we have a plan on that?
Looking for example scenario(s) of customer using the Override Cost Code functionality on a Work Task and the Cost Codes and Cost Code Rules that they applied for those scenarios. I’ve read the IFS Documentation definitions, but looking for real-life scenarios. Any info appreciated.
In this scenario, a Purchase Requisition is raised through a Maintenance Material Requisition. The WO is project connected. The PR is processed and a PO is created. Without receiving the parts the PO has been cancelled. When cancelling the PO, it was decided not to reopen the PR.Then in Maintenance Material Requisition, Only Manual Pegging is active and it is not possible to Reserve any material even though in the line Available Qty is positive. Since the line is connected to the PO which was cancelled earlier, the system does not remove the reference. That line can no longer processed further. If the system removes the PO ref from the line when the PO is cancelled then there will be no connection between the WO, PR and PO.If it is required to reserve material, another new line can be entered and it needs to be further processed.
Please clarify this tile.Is there a description somewhere for this portal?
