Hi,

I would like to know to if someone already tried to use handling task (Solution Manager > Background Processing > Database Task) to suscribe automatically to a specific field in different menu.

Example: When I create a Shop Order I want IFS to automatically suscribe me on field “Status” for example. Like that someone change this shop order status I will be notified.

Thanks for your return,

Best regards,

Nicolas D.

I have never used the "subscription" feature in IFS so I cannot say if it can do what you want, but a custom event should be able to do it, if needed. It's a bigger thing though...

Hi Mathias,

Thanks for your answer. Suscribe feature in IFS works well but it’s manual and I want to avoid this manual things to do.

I will check the event way, thanks for your suggestion.

A custom event can easily be created that notifies the creator of a shop order when certain things happen to it.
