Work Task status issue

Hi šŸ˜Š,

Would anyone happen to know the method for automatically setting the following Work Task to the status of 'Work Done'?

All the assignments are in Completed status, but the Work Task status remains Work Started.

I supposed that the reason is toggling on ā€œAllow Multiple Visitsā€.

But when I attempt to toggle off it the below error generates.

Any workaround to set the Work Task automatically to Work Done/ Finished is highly appreciated.

Environment : IFS CLOUDĀ 22.2.19

Hi,

That means the required work has not been completed yet. Because, you have added 1 hour as the time duration on the Work Task. Then you started the Work assignment at some point. When you complete the Work Assignment ā€œHours required to complete remaining workā€ is set to zero, then the Work Task will be automatically set to the Work Done.

Hi,

Iā€™ve attempted to set the Actual time to 1. But it seems impossible.

Is it possible to set the Time to Complete as 1 hour since all the Assignments are in Completed state as of now?

Hi @Miruna MĀ 

  1. You need to enable ā€œMultiple Visitā€ for the particular WT.

Ā 

  1. Plan some resource and allocate it.
  2. Accept the Work Assignment and then you can see the multiple allocations under the Assignment tab according to schedule.
  3. Start some work assignment.

  4. If you want to modify time you can useĀ this ā€œModify Time to Completeā€ option. [Optional]

  5. Then try to Complete the Work Assignment and there you can find this assistant.
