Often times we encounter customer demand for knowledge bases,

how can we apply IFS standard functions to meet this demand?

 

For example, when a worker encounters a problem,

he or she can use the ifs cloud system to know how to reslove the similar problems in the past.

Using Copilot or some other "AI driven" feature might be a part of solving this, but you need to store the problem descriptions and solution descriptions somewhere first. A simple document in IFS Document Management could be a way to do that but today we cannot search "inside" the uploaded file, so we need to rely in keeping the data to be searched for in different fields like the Title or Description 1-6 fields. With the right organization and structured working processes, one can solve this already today.
