Hello All,I was trying to customize the new work page in Aurena Tech Portal as my customer wanted to keep 3 options and remove one when an user is creating a new work. I was trying to change the page design but could not achieve this. Anyone got idea of how this can be done?I am trying to keep the first 3 options and remove the last option in the new work options. Thanks for the support.Aravinda

Hi all,Looking for the ideas around Equipment Object Cost/Revenue Analysis page available in App9 and Cloud. The information in this page is generated when the costs and revenue are generated, and doesn’t reflect based on any subsequent changes on the structure.Ex. Serial Obj - X incurs a labour cost of $100. Now when you view this in the above page you can see the cost of $100. Next, say you change the Serial Obj X and add a Belongs To Object - Y (A functional object). Now when you view Functional Object - Y in the navigator, it can’t see the structure cost as $100. This is because the parent child relationship was created after the cost was committed.Is there a way to show the cost of $100 on the parent level? TIA.

Hello I want an integration with IFS Mobile, but when I press the send to mobile button I get an error.Is it possible that the send to mobile option can be automatically predefined?How can I solve this error? If I press the on hold button, the transfer to mobile button disappears    

Hi,We are using IFS7.5 and Map (VirtMapPosition). Since 1st of July 2024 the Maps stopped working. I have checked the license key for Bing Maps and it is valid.Eventhough the error says about firewall there is nothing restricted from Firewall. I have written a test html to test Bing Maps and it works fine on Chrone but IE gives just an empty page.Has anyone faced this issue before and any workarounds? or Does anyone know whether Bing Maps has been stopped for IE? I posted on MS community but I did not get a direct answer.According to Microsoft, the Bing Maps is support IE 11 but on the server which hosts the appserver has IE9. So my next step would be to upgrade IE9 to IE 11 and test, but I need to know whether IFS7.5 works with IE111 without any issues.Has anyone tried this before? or any known issues running old IFS version 7.5 with IE 11?Any suggestions would be highly appreciated since the Maps are really needed for our business to run without any hassel.Thanks in Advance.

 HelloIf the resource is a person, from the start date to the completion date the system calculates the order and creates a sales line, this makes it perfect. If the resource is a tool, the system has the option to start and complete, but it does not produce a sales line, I need to bill the time of use of the resource, just as it does with the person resource.  The only option to generate sales lines is to go to the section within the engineering portal called tools and equipment and record the time manually. (We do not want to do it through this step because it is more work for the technician and we already have a start and end date of the resource)  The system takes the start time, when the job startsThe system takes the start and end date  From the task I can record the hours of use with that option and these go to the sales lines   Should this work better automatically, taking the start time (start Work) and the end time (complete) from the resource card, what configuration should

 Hi everyone,I wanted to discuss an issue we're facing regarding the WT addresses. When we add a customer to a WT, the WT address automatically fetches the customer’s address. However, it’s possible to manually change the WT address to something else.Recently, we've noticed that someone changed the WT address back to the customer address. This has raised a question: is there any way to check the history of changes made to the WT address?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Team, I am facing some variances on the net object value of some objects.Like  i am having objects which are marked as fully depreciated with 0 net value whereas our expectations are the objects are supposed to be depreciating. Other scenarios i am having variances on the net values in the system versus the expected values.I need guidance on how to resolve these variances.Thank you in advance.

Is there a process to apply for the creation of technical templates before creating them in ifs10 and ifs cloud  

we had an asset originally created in IFS 8, we added another invoice to the same asset number  in IFS 10 and the asset has stopped depreciating since the second invoice was added.

We have a cost on a work task (Non-Inventory Purchase Part).  It is a refundable charge.  I am trying to remove the cost from the Work Task.  Is this possible, or at least change the cost? 

For context, we have a site (Site A) with two connectedwarehouses: WH1 at location L1WH2 at location L2.Users are connected only to their specific warehouse (e.g., a user connected to WH1).When trying to return a part via a work order (WO), the "To location" dropdown only shows the location of the user's connected warehouse (in this case, L1 for WH1). However, technicians are unable to return parts to other warehouses (like WH2 at location L2).Why does the system restrict technicians from returning parts to other warehouses? Is there a way to configure or work around this limitation to allow returns to any connected warehouse?Thanks in advance for your help!   

In 22R1 for Serial Part, the same if we Deliver through Customer Order with enabling as Create SM Object, Serial Object will get generated as Customer owned and current position as In facility, if we want to create RMA and return back it allow to Inventory.But if we migrate the serial object as In facility, then if we want that Serial Part in Inventory, create RMA without Customer Order reference it allows to receive Inventory with Company Owned. then if we deliver this Serial Part through Customer Order and Try to create RMA it does not allow to receive to inventory.Any suggestion or solution for this issue.Note: Business is not following Customer Owned stock in Inventory. 

I am working in IFS cloud and tries to order event driver PM’s.  I am getting the error message   "There are no valid actions for the entered criteria".   Anyone else that has experienced the same in IFS cloud and any ideas what causing this issue?  I have PM’s defined with correct data.

I have a customer on Apps10 who is using Repair Work Order for non-serialized components.  They are repairing components which they use in their own operations.  the same component part number will thus also be regular spare part material lines on regular work order.The issue they have is that they use different locations on the same site for repairable components, and components that are ready to be used, but when using “Issue Parts to Repair” on the repair work order, they do not get an option to choose which location to issue from.  This causes the application oftentimes to issue from the good components to the repair work order.  This is obviously not a problem if the component is serialized, as it will then issue that specific serial number.Is there any way of handling this, e.g. a setting on an inventory location to limit this?thank you for any help you can provide.
