Please confirm whether the options of “All historical WOs”, “All historical WTs” and “All historical Work Task Steps” are available in Equipment Object Navigator in IFS Cloud releases?  If it is not available in the current releases, please confirm whether it will be included in upcoming releases. What is the IFS recommendation or workaround to cater following requirement? Hi,We have a customer issue that the GIS map is not available after setting the location (Service Management> Service Management basic data> Location>Location ) in 23R2. Furthermore, when RMB location is in map position, click inspects and then clicks the Document (location link), error 504 appears.Customer’s EnvironmentError 504-Document Location link But when we do this for the same location in our core environment (23R2 – Alain login) GIS map loads without an issue (Kindly refer to the attached image) and error 504 does not appear when opening the location link. Hi, When reporting external cost manually on a Work Task with a Object, the external cost reported is visible for the Object ID in Equipment Object Navigator.But, if reporting external cost manually on a work task without a object , the objects are on  Work Tasks steps, the external cost reported is not visible on any of the objects connected to the steps. How can i report a external cost on a Work Task with steps and get the external cost to be distributed on the differet objects connected the steps? Or can i in some way decide witch object that the cost relates to?Thanks in advance!

Hello All, In the creation of functional role and end user roles in the permission sets, I granted all access to the projection CustomerOrderHandling to  a functional role and then to an end user role. So I configurated the permission sets correctly, but after creating a customer order and adding a sales part with its quantity, I want to release the customer order but i get this message of permissions! Do you have an idea please about what could be the problem? thanks

Hi, Hope someone can help. We are now on 23R2 but I’ve seen the same behaviour on 23R1.I’ve created a Service Contract, then created PM Action for it. As you can see on the screenshot below the PM Action has Service Contract and Line information. When I generate the WO from the Maintenance Plan the Service Contract information is missing on the Work Task (I’m aware that it shouldn't populate on the WO level but previously it always was working on the Work Task). Can someone advise is there anywhere a setting missing to make it talk to each other?

In the PM Administrator we can set new values for Maintenance Triggers of the types: Calendar and Event. But, the triggers of condition type are missing. Is there a plan to include that in the PM Administrator in coming releases?

Hi Experts,We are in the middle of an upgrade test from 22R2SU3 to 23R2SU3. When I try to add a person resource demand line (Prepare work order\work task\tab resources) with a resource id (if I create a demand without a resource id no issue, even if I add an allocation for such demand no issue ) I get below error.I am not using request management functionality (only the previous work order flow), hence why would I asked to register a service site setting ?.Is this a bug or have I miss any setup.Can some one advise please ?Thank you,RoshanP.S: 

Observed that the following LoV is not correctly populated when the Party Type = Asset Manager.It retrieves the values related to the last selected Party Type value or if it is the first time then it contains the supplier info.Is this desired? Then add the Person Id and try to save, the following error occurs.Observed in APP10 Internal IFS reference instance.

Hello All,  A customer of mine is analyzing the feasibility to switch from using Work Orders (EAM) to Requests / Request Tasks (NextGenServiceMgmt). Since they’re servicing assets that belong to customers, switching to Request Management makes it a lot easier for them to execute the flow.However, they are also using Projects module. Each Work Order they work on they connect to a Project. I didn’t see any option to connect Requests / Request Tasks to a Project. Did I somehow missed finding this functionality or it doesn’t exist yet?@Alexander Heinze you’re my best bet with this question 😁.
