How do i resolve folowing error

 

@MickC I m not exactly sure but did you check the ownership of the parts in this location?

when i review stock location it is blank. when i try to change ownership it is greyed out.

Why do you say that stock location is in blank? As per your screenshot, there is one stock line. But we cannot see the type of ownership in that line. Please, let us know which one is it.

@MickC Strange, Ownership cannot be blanked generally and no way to change it then. You may need a DR here.
