Since using the view name from the Shop Floor Clockings screen resulted in an error, I created the Migration Job using the underlying database table name instead. The data was successfully inserted using the Excel Add-in. However, no transaction history was created, and the transaction-related fields in Shop Floor Clockings remained blank.I also tried using the API SHOP_FLOOR_CLOCKINGS_HANDLING_SVC.DO_ADD_LABOR_CLOCKING_DONE, but an error occurred. My expected result is to create Shop Floor Clockings data through a Migration Job and have the corresponding transaction history generated automatically, in the same way as when records are created from the application. Is this behavior supported when using a Migration Job, or is another approach required?

Hello, Can anyone tell me where this field populates from? I have a few lines that are showing up as quotation request instead of purchase request and I can’t figure out why. Thanks,Mike

I want to use a migration job (Procedure Name: EXCEL_MIGRATION) for a specific view to create multiple data records where all fields—except for "Contract"—have the same values, while the "Contract" field has a different value for each record.Previously, I had to write a separate row for each "Contract" and click the "Execute" button to register them. Now, I would like to be able to enter just a single row of data and have multiple records (one for each "Contract") registered upon clicking the "Execute" button.

Issue:The customer order cannot be released because the presence of cancelled internal order lines prevents the release process from completing successfully.Expected Behavior:Cancelled lines with an Internal order type should not prevent the customer order from being released, provided there are no other blocking conditions.Actual Behavior:The customer order remains blocked and cannot be released when cancelled internal order lines exist.

In a fresh 26R1 installation we are only seeing what appears to be our custom elements under the Query Designer screen, and none of the standard system entities.  We need to be able to see the standard entities like CustomerOrder, CustomerOrderLine.I’m sure we’re missing something simple or something perhaps needs a refresh after the installation? Thanks in advance!Nick

in the Project Costs page, all users are able to see other users transactions, how do we stop this? The employees are added as resources to the projects and as project team. Project Access toggle button is on but still employees are able to see other users transactions. Please assist.

Hi,When I select the quotation request option when creating the supply request from project material lines, it still ends up in a purchase requisition, which only give the possibility to create quotation out of that requisition. It does not automatically create a request for quotation from the project material demand line. It crates the requisition and then the user has to manually convert this to a request for order quotation. Is this the correct behavior? or do I miss any setups here ?Thank you

Dear community,We are using Call Center Cases and are frequently handing over to Work Orders. We have recently started using the Service Quotations, and would like to handover cases to Service Quotations, but can not find this option in the case handover possibilities. What is the process to handover case task to service quotation? Thanks,Robbert

We took the GDPR module in use in Apps9 and have used it with success. The challenge is making sure the data is solid before taking action. We had a custom quick report in use to see whose personal data would be handled (deleted or anonymized as per configs) and when. This report functions different now in Apps10 and needs to be remade.IFS core functionality for checking the situation beforehand was based on email notification in a way where one message per user per company per data entity (employee, person) per purpose was created. We tried it once and got over 2000 emails and do not want to use it ever again. What other verification methods are you using before the purges?`The aim is to make sure no premature deletions or anonymizations would be made and we’d like to see when and whose data gets handled. This is where the report is a nice way to do it, to have overall view at once whenever needed What other ways you are using? Does IFS Cloud have better core way than Apps9/10?

Hi,I have a user who can’t upload certain documents via dragging and dropping the documents into the upload area. They get a JSON error every time. Saving the attachments and adding them that way works fine but I can’t see any reason they’re getting this error.

The current design stores Marital Status only as a current value, without an effective-from/to date. This creates a payroll gap in countries where a change in marital status affects tax treatment.Example - Switzerland:An employee is Single and gets married on 15 May. For Swiss withholding tax, a change in civil status can change the applicable tax tariff. If IFS only stores Marital Status = Married, it cannot determine when the employee became married or which status applied to a particular payroll period.Proposed Design Change:Marital Status should have validity period. Effective dating supports payroll calculations in countries where marital-status changes have statutory payroll/tax consequences.

Hello,We have noticed that the Market Price, Comment and Boccenter fields are missing in many Purchase Orders (POs). When Market Prices are added to the Purchase Orders, the values are neither saved nor displayed in the POs, although we have all this data present in these custom fields. These fields appear empty; however, after performing a hard refresh and re-logging into the application, or after clearing the application cache i.e. 'configuration context mappings cache' and logging-in again, the values become visible. At present, the issue persists in most POs, while the information remains visible in some of the orders. In addition, we are experiencing another issue in the IFS system, where all the data is not loaded properly. Quality Inspection and Document Control information are missing, and multiple page refreshes are required before the data becomes visible. The same behavior is also occurring in the Receipts window. What could be the root cause and the possible solution of these i

Hello, how do I define department-based permissions in IFS 10?

While running PMRP for a shop order, the MRP Action Proposal is showing “No Demand Exists.” What could be the issue, even though there are no materials available in inventory stock?

Hello. We have an event to send emails with a PDF as attached file, the event action is defined like this :Event Id : PDF_REPORT_CREATEDEvent action type : E-MailConditions : PDF_PARAMETER_2 = UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REPMail sender = MAIL_SENDER1By trying to use this event, sometimes, the email is sent but not all the time.Yesterday by doing new tests, we have noticed that some of our suppliers didn’t have any address tagged as a pay address, by fixing this, that worked. How can I know the exact conditions to make the email sending works? So far, we think we need to complete these conditions :define an address as a pay type Adding a communication method as email type with an email as value In the payment tab, payment advice = at create order In the payment tab, select a communication method as email type and set the output media as email In the payment tab, disable the use default payment method for installments (as we have no rule id) IFS CLOUD 24R2Thanks

We recently reviewed the approved CA/B Forum Ballot SC-081v3, which introduces a phased reduction of publicly trusted TLS certificate validity periods and validation data reuse periods over the coming years. As currently published, the maximum TLS certificate validity period will gradually reduce from 398 days to 47 days by March 2029, while domain validation reuse periods will eventually reduce to as little as 10 days.Given these industry-wide changes, we would like to understand IFS's plans and recommendations regarding certificate lifecycle management for IFS Cloud environments.Could you please provide information on the following for remote deployment:1. Has IFS already assessed the impact of SC-081v3 on IFS Cloud deployments and related components?2. Are there any planned product enhancements or roadmap items to support shorter certificate lifecycles?3. Does IFS have any recommendations for automated certificate management solutions or approaches that can be used within IFS Cloud e

Error 32 when publishing to PUBLICHi,  When publishing a report to PUBLIC using the customizer, I get this message Error 32 copying file '\\..FileStoragePath\Customizations\DEV\DAL\cconth\cust_contr_det_rep_header.query' to '\\...FileStoragePath\Customizations\Public\DAL\cconth\cust_contr_det_rep_header.query': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.AndI cannot publish the new report. The only way I’ve found to publish the new customization is to unlock the locked file by restarting IIS, delete the file from the PUBLIC folder, and then publish. I have to repeat this process for every file involved in the edit—which is tedious when dealing with edits that include multiple sub-reports.I have tested this across multiple profiles and servers, using both the web interface and the installed application. We encounter this message when publishing reports. Do you know what might be causing this? How can we prevent this message from appearing? Thanks for you

Smart mapping - no use? I always have to do manually selecting every object in DMM. why can’t it do the job even though my legacy file and target table definitions object names are same? I did the Re-synch and set legacy file to target before I did that smart mapping option. Any ideas?

In Apps10 we are creating Supplier Invoices leveraging a custom C_Inbound_Invoice_Int package that is called via a routing rule in IFS Connect that parses an incoming xml file from an external AI document reader/processor. It works very well for non-PO invoices. But we are now trying to replicate that process for PO Invoices. We are stuck on the matching process. What API do we have to call to match the receipts? We basically need to automate this process: Any suggestions?

HiIs it possible to change the settings for when Business Reporter reports start if they are launched as scheduled from Order Report? We are implementing IFS Cloud, and I have noticed that scheduled BR reports start daily at 00:00.Kerstin

Hi All, I have configured Azure AD authentication for an IFS Cloud customer. During testing, some users are not able to log in as expected and are encountering the following error when attempting to access the application: The only thing I have noticed is that there is no IAM user entry inside the profile, and no entry has been created under the IAM Users page. Have you experienced this kind of issue before?
