We have noticed that the Market Price, Comment and Boccenter fields are missing in many Purchase Orders (POs). When Market Prices are added to the Purchase Orders, the values are neither saved nor displayed in the POs, although we have all this data present in these custom fields.
These fields appear empty; however, after performing a hard refresh and re-logging into the application, or after clearing the application cache i.e. 'configuration context mappings cache' and logging-in again, the values become visible.
At present, the issue persists in most POs, while the information remains visible in some of the orders.
In addition, we are experiencing another issue in the IFS system, where all the data is not loaded properly. Quality Inspection and Document Control information are missing, and multiple page refreshes are required before the data becomes visible. The same behavior is also occurring in the Receipts window.
What could be the root cause and the possible solution of these issues?
