Purchase Requisition Request Type

Hi Mike

If for example the demand has come from a Project the user that is creating the request can select “Purchase Request” or “Quotation Request” it can also be selected by a user who is manually entering a purchase requisition line.

These reqs are coming from purchase order direct  cust orders and mrp. I don’t think anyone is changing them , but I’m not sure.

Is there a setting somewhere that would define this?

As described in the help text this does not get populated from any other setting, but the default value is Purchase Request, but this value can be changed if necessary. 

And possible values are Possible values are Purchase Request, Quotation Request and Not Decided.
