Hello!As an IFS partner employee, I’ve setup my new training plan to get certified by the end of this year. I’ve tried to scan all training available for free to get familiarized with the provided traing modules. I’ve downloaded all the documents on the certification process and I’ve finally made my own certification plan according to my actual knowledge. I was a bit loss during the navigation but it’s a part of the process. May be IFS can improve how to find easily any items we are looking for.Today I’ve started form the basic requirements required by the certification. Some of them are free but many requires fees. I consider myself as an expert on the domain I’ve choosen but I dind’t see easily how to pass the test on those prerequisted modules to evaluate myself before the certification. Howether, I’ve got an appointment to pass my test by the end of november this year. If you can explain to me step by step how to get to the final exam (Project management), it would

Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to post this question. If not, kindly advise me what’s the correct sub forum. We try to open case attachments from the old [closed] IFS cases that we reported in the past. Seems it’s not possible. Not just me, all my colleagues I tested the issue seem to have it. It would be interesting to know if other customers also face the same issue.Is this an intentional restriction from the IFS side? In IFS Academy, what is the most suitable training to master and manage the projections for access rights?

can somebody clarify, once a course started, what happens to the waitlisted candidates.are they automatically registered for next  available course as per schedule ? is there a notification to waitlisted candidates indicating if ?  appreciate an update. Bruno 

I have been told about IFS ERP software, and I am interested to learn it, is it possible to apply in the academy if I am not customer or partner ? If no is this a third party who can provide these kid of trainings and how much does it cost approximately?  thank you in advance

That user experience is important, I think everyone will agree on. But to achieve great user experience we need knowledge about our users. And the best way to obtain this knowledge is through meeting our users, doing interviews and observe them using our product. To make it easier for us to meet our users, we (the User experience product group at IFS R&D) have created a group for end users. It has end users, that have said okay to participate in studies connected to user experience. I have noticed that IFS10 documentation which was available in https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/ is news removed.  As a consequence,  the links pointed to IFS10 technical documentation in forum questions are no longer working and forum members won’t have a common documentation to refer.Hope forum moderators will act on this.

I was trying to figure out a learning pathway for an SCM Consultant and noticed this.   Can someone from the academy confirm that the above order is what I should follow to get all the certifications related to SCM? Are there any other basic trainings to complete before following the above order? After I complete the above order of courses only, can I get the ‘Certified IFS SCM Consultant’ title?
