I got all signed up and figured out which courses I wanted to go through, but when viewing them, they will play about 70% complete, then fail to finish.  I thought maybe it was a Chrome issue, so I logged into IFS Academy in Microsoft Edge and still behaved the same way.

Has anyone had this experience?

Are you able to test on another device and or/location? It sounds like a localised issue on your device , maybe a networking issues


I work from home, which means I’m on a VPN which might be the cause, I tried on my home pc and worked just fine for the intro. After successfully watching the intro, I shutdown my VPN and was able to watch the next video in full.

 

Solution: If you have issues with the videos not playing completely and are connected to a VPN, try exiting the VPN and trying again.  That worked for me.
