I should have an account at IFS Academy but cannot login.  When utilizing the password resetting tool, it is not sending any emails back to indicate a reset. There is information on who should be contacted (academy@ifs.com), but limited action taken, if any.  I have contacted academy for a week now with no resolution. Each time I send an email, Academy indicates they have put a ticket in and in 48 hours all should be resolved.  A week later, and no resolution has been achieved.  Perhaps there is something on my end that is wrong?
