Hi,

I am trying to logon to the IFS Service Portal https://support.ifs.com/csm

I have already registered via the IFS Customer Portal.

When I logon to the IFS Service Portal the top menu included my name appear, but under the top menu I get the  following message:  Sorry, the page you requested was not found. (see attached picture)

Any idea what I have to do?

 

 

That’s a strange error. Did you try changing the browser? I’d suggest you check with IFS directly about this

I got the samme error in both Chrome and Edge. 

Any suggestion the best way I can contact IFS? We use an IFS solution partner and they are not able to help me.

Hi Randi - Can you email services@ifs.com? They should be able to check on your account, in case it is a permissions issue.
