Does anyone know if it is possible to copy favorites (links to forms and search questions) from one user account to another?

Do you mean like shortcuts or saved searches?

If yes. Everything is stored in the user profiles. Just start with finding the profile of the source user.

Then, find the part you want to copy. (I showed shortcut parts of a profile below)

Or you can copy all profile settings from the main node (User). Just RMB and click Copy Values To Profiles.

 

After that, find the destination user profile and click the Make Exact Copy option. Lastly, click OK and save.
