We are currently implementing the Dispatch Console for one of our customers and are running into some limitations, particularly regarding layout and performance.
So far, we haven't been able to identify any customers in the Benelux region who are actively using the Dispatch Console in their day-to-day service operations.
Do any of you know of customers who are currently using the Dispatch Console for their service business?
Additionally, it would be great to use this community to share experiences, discuss the challenges we are facing, and exchange ideas on possible improvements and best practices.
