I am trying to log in to IFS CRM Companion on mobile but I get the below error message. I have given the mentioned permission to the user.

Hi All, When I tried to delete a crew member I get a error message. The member period is already over. Still I cannot delete the resource. The error says about Crew Member Deviation but there is no any deviation related data. Also I have no idea about this resource crew member number. What is that number?Any idea on this error? TIA.

Good Morning,We’ve set up a new E-Form to allow our technicians to complete a Risk Assessment prior to starting work. However, we’ve come across an issue with Multiple Choice questions due to the length of our answer options.If the user selects multiple long answers, the answers are being cut off at the end of the second line (see below): Is there any way to make these answers go onto a third line, or have 1 line per answer?Thank YouDaniel

Hello,In IFS Cloud 25R1, there is no direct link (i.e., baseline fields as reference) to copy attachments from a recurring service program to the generated request and work task using Object Connection Transformation in the Service Management module. Is there any other way out of the box we can achieve this functionality? If not, is this part of any of the planned releases? Please let me know.We currently have this feature in PM Actions that it copies the attachments to the generated work order and work task.

Hi,I have facing issue while fetching records of Part No through online search in MWO while creating Transport task from MWO.When I do online search, I do not find records being fetched in the MWO. While I have some parts in Inventory part in stock.Can someone let me know what am I missing here?Screenshots:    

Hi everyone, When I create a New Request in MWO, it correctly appears in PSO, but the date/time is incorrect.In IFS Cloud, I noticed that the Planned Start value is not transferred. Hi all, when selecting the Time Type Description and the Cost Category Description in the Page Designer as Attribute in the Time Report and Expense Report Lists the column in the Service Protocol is not populated until the MWO App is initialized again.In case of the Time Type I think there even is no pure Description to select as attribute.Is there a way to utilize the Descriptions that are already loaded in the MWO to not require an initialization to finalize a visit/report?When using the DB Viewer I can see the TimeTypeDesc value in the wo_time_type and the Description in the jt_cost_category.   Missing entry in the Expenses list on the service report. Issue Summary:The mass update assistant for the "Generate Schedule" function in Recurring Service Programs seems to be absent in version 25R2 and earlier. We miss the functionality to be able to automate this process using a scheduled task. Notably, the "Generate Request" function is available as an assistant in 25R2, and its underlying procedure can be leveraged for scheduled task execution.Impact:This functionality is critical for efficiently managing large volumes of Recurring Service Programs. In its absence, users are required to manually trigger "Generate Schedule" for each program—particularly when extending the PM_HORIZON or updating calendars—which leads to considerable inefficiency. Question:Is the "Generate Schedule" mass update assistant planned for inclusion in future releases?

Hi All, I saw below description about shift utilization in the help documents. I created a shift utilization in the system. However, I cannot see  a place connect this shift utilization to resource or related thing. Can anyone suggest how we we can use this?  TIA.

For some parts we get error when creating transport task so it is not possible to move parts between stocks. Some parts can be added to transport task without problem but some always get this error eventhough user can see the part at his stock and the quantity is even shows in the transport task form.Does someone have any idea what could cause this issue? Error message: Failed to read expression value from PartInStock.QtyAvailable

HI,I’m currently experiencing an issue when trying to complete a Request Work Task via MWO (Report In).Although the clocking out data is successfully passed to IFS Cloud, the task remains visible under “Work Start” in the MWO mobile app and Work Assignment.Each time I attempt to close the task, details such as the survey, description, and debrief are correctly transmitted to IFS Cloud.  However, the task stays open and reappears every time I reopen the app and sync.The failed transaction returns the following error:“Not allowed to change the status when the Work Assignment is downloaded to a mobile device. - ORA-20110: JtExecutionInstance.NOSTATUSCHGALLOWSTATUSLOCKED: Not allowed to change the status when the Work Assignment is downloaded to a mobile device.” Could you please advise how I can resolve or manage this issue?

This seems to have been asked a few times but I’m struggling to find a resolution.We are running IFSCloud 24R2 and have our engineers using the IFS MWO Service app.We currently do not have SSO enabled so are logging in using credentials set if IFS Cloud but are finding these time out on a regular basis which is causing our engineers a lot of frustration having to keep logging in.   Has anyone found a good way to resolve this please as this is becoming a major issue for us. 

I wanted to implement the Order by TASK NO in Descending order in Request Work Tasks list Screen, Currently its in Ascending order. How to implement this at the code level?  

Hi,An issue is arising in Cloud (24R1) where Work Tasks are disappearing from the engineers mobile that were previously Assigned/Accepted. There seems to be no consistencies to Work Tasks this is occurring on, or time frame. The Transfer to Mobile button becomes available again, and the Assignment line shows ‘Transferred to Mobile’ as No. Below examples are currently not available on the mobile any more. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We are using Entra as SSO to IFS MWO. When a user presses the button ‘log-in using Entra’, the UPN/email is not automatically populated. This causes the login experience to be very cumbersome. All devices that use MWO are enrolled in Intune.Is there anyone that have encountered and/or solved this issue?

Hello Community,I’m hoping someone has encountered this and found a solution, as it’s creating a major issue for our field teams.We are running IFS Applications 10 with Single Sign-On (SSO) fully configured for both the core system and the MWO Service Application (latest version).The Problem: Following a recent update to the MWO App and the devices to iOS 18, our engineers are now being prompted to re-login multiple times a day. Previously, sessions were stable and persistent, with SSO working flawlessly.Crucial Context: Our server-side configuration, including the touchapps component and SSO settings, has not been modified. The frustrating re-login behavior only started after the client-side (MWO App and iOS) updates. It appears the new MWO App version or iOS 18 is interfering with the persistent session or token refresh/expiry, forcing a complete re-authentication where none was required before.Has anyone else using IFS 10 with the latest MWO App on iOS 18 and SSO experienced this

How to add lobby page against the Custom tile in the MWO Maintenance through the configuration.

Hi All, I have added new assistance by customizing ‘QuotHandling’ standard pages. This new assistance is based on my new customised entity (CPartOrder), when I am finishing the assistance,the data is transferring to the database correctly but I am getting an error in Sync Monitor transaction section.Error Message Assistant The problem is I don’t have any method called ‘SaveCPartOrder’, Can anyone tell me why is this error occurring and what I need to do to avoid this? I am not sure why it’s expecting this method, seems like it’s coming from the framework. Thanks & Regards,Asanka.
