Hi All, Is there any way to accessing a link mandatory which is inside Mobile Integration in IFS MWO.We want to generate message like “Mandatory step is missing” If a technician forgot to click a link in Mobile Integration before completion a work assignment.TIA:

Within the Workflow Configuration the fuction of “Mandatory” for Attachments seems to be not working.Expected results is when a workflow has select of “Mandatory” for attachments the Request should not be allowed to finish without an attachment.  

I’m encountering the following error when trying to log in to the customer use place environment via the Scan It app:"An error has occurred. Exception of type 'android.content.activitynotfoundexception'  was thrown"All the necessary Wadaco client settings have been correctly configured, and the required permissions are granted for my user. Additionally, I have downloaded the latest version of the IFS Scan It app from the App Store.I’d appreciate it if you could provide a resolution or guidance to resolve this issue.

I would like to use the notify me app, I have it installed on my mobile phone I can log with my credentials, I do not know if there is something I need to do on IFS Cloud side. Thank you  Christophe

Hello,When I select a Work Task to see the details in the Dispatch Console, it shows all the request tasks for the REQUEST, and sometimes it’s a bit confusing.In this example, i want to see the details of the task 83: However, i get all the tasks for the original request:Is it the intended functionality? Hi,When creating a new Work Task in Service Management, it’s selected the option “Create from Standard Task” by default. If I select “New Work Task” and again “Create from Standard Task” the list of standard tasks is duplicated.This is a test case:After select “New” in Request Work Task, I have 2 standard task in the list: I select “New Work Task”:   Select again “Create from Standard Task”: The list is increasing if i do it several times.Thanks in advance.Irene

Hello,Once a task is assigned and accepted by the engineer in the MWO, if the engineer can’t complete the job and select “incomplete”, the incomplete assignment is not possible to reassign to another engineer in Dispatch Console:  When I reassign manually directly in the Request Task, the assignment is still incomplete in DC:Also, when the second engineer complete the job:The assignment is still Incomplete in DC:  Can you please advise if this is the intended functionality? Hi Everyone,today we have had issues with our MWO Service Engr App (IFS Apps 10) whereby the devices have lots all information for the Objects. This has then prevented them from doing anything as they need the Objects to create the work, update measurements etc. has anyone experienced this? It was working fine yesterday but this morning they disappeared. No changes happened overnight and I cannot see any errors in any logs i am looking at but I am at a loss on how to resolve? I have raised a support case but wondered if any one here has experienced this and had a resolution.

Hi all, We are currently experiencing som weird behaviour in the PSO, that we can’t explain.It seems like the PSO is rescheduling committed tasks 1 week ahead in some cases.  (A theoretical) example:Work Task no. 2 out of a total of 2 allowed (commit rule) is committed to a given technician and is "placed" in the schedule at 11:45.The technician is currently working on Work Task no. 1 out of a total of 2 this day.The technician exceeds the planned start time for Work Task no. 2 as he is delayed in ending this Work Task no. 1  (based on the schedule that PSO had expected).PSO then moves Work Task no. 2 far ahead in time (in some cases?). In this case, almost a whole week forward.I believe that instead of Work Task no. 2 being moved so far ahead, it should simply shift the schedule gradually to the right:1 hour delayed compared to the "planned" start time → Now it is simply committed to 12:45 instead of 11:45. And so on. Basically just moves the entire schedule so it fits.If it gets to a

Hi everyone, I experience that when a Work Type is changed on a Service Contract, this change is not reflected on the PM Action - so the next time a Work Order is tried generated from the PM Action, it fails as the Work Type on the Service Contract and the PM Action is not identical. Is this some kind of bug? If it is tried the other way around, where the Work Task is tried changed on the PM Action you get an error.   Not reflected on the PM Action - still the original Work Type: Error on the generating of a new Work Order Not possible to change the Work Type on a PM Action as it diverts from the Work Type on the Service Contract I hope someone can explain why this is the case.

Hi all,I created a customer order as SEO from work order.Then i created a resource into work order task, then allocated and reported them. So i see the automatilcally added lines as sales object at “Sales” tab, but i can’t transfer these lines with state “Invoiceable” to customer order when i created at the start on work order level.What i am missing, let me know please. Does it not support to transfer sales object to customer order simply like older versions?Note: Version 24.1 and cost type: “Personnel”Thanks.  

I have a user that is using Trip Tracker for cloud on his iPhone and we’ve noticed an unusual behavior. When selecting a date from the calendar, it puts the date as the day before. The only way to get the real date is to select the day after the date you want to select. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there something I can do on my end to fix it? It seems to only be happening in iPhone at the moment. The only difference between the iPhone trip tracker and android is that android prompts for date and time while iphone only prompts for date. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi all,Working with the Dispatch Console i have  created one DataSet with one Service Organisation and 4 Delivery Units (relating with geographical places in the country).I want to assign a unassigned task (Delivery Unit A) to an engineer from the same delivery unit. However, the system allows me to assign the task to an engineer from another delivery unit:Is it a possibility to not allow the scheduler to assign a task with a delivery unit to an engineer from another delivery unit?  Thanks in advance.Regards,Irene

I was wondering if anyone in this community is informed about the IFS vision for the roadmap regarding the old Silverlight interface of PSO? My best guess is that it will completly disappear, because Microsoft no longer supports Silverlight.If thats the case, then I wonder what will happen with the Automatic Planning feature which the Silverlight client has but the new UI does not have. At least not yet. Is it also coming to the new UI of PSO?The features ‘Rules’ and ‘Rule Collections’ are allready available in the new UI, which were constraints for the Automatic Planning feature. However in the last Relase Enhancements document, it is said that for example the 'Requirements’ feature will not be implemented in the new UI, which could also be defined as contraints for the Automatic Planning feature. Hello everyone In my organization, work orders will be used by many groups. Is it possible to restrict access to work orders? I would like everyone to be able to see only their own work orders.

I have an existing on premise TAS for APPS 9 as a Windows 2012 server.I have installed a new on-premise TAS for APPS server under windows 2019.I created a new sql db for APPS9 for the new TAS so I could preserve the existing TAS.I exported out the private cert from the existing TAS (2012 server) to the new 2019 TAS server.The new TAS server install on 2019 server was successful, however when I go to the new TAS server URL as part of logging in on mobile, I do not establish a connection.I can go to the new URL from my laptop, but not the mobile application.Does the new TAS server require a new Private key or can I use the existing private key from the old server. I appreciate any feedback and assistance.Thank youMarjie

We are currently in the process to drive different eforms being presented to technicians based on specific criteria.  All of these workfows are “Work Task” configuration type.  This is currently working as intended.  However, we have come up with certain scenarios that require some items be mandatory that cannot be properly made mandatory utilizing current system capabilities. Workflow Configuration: We tried to trigger a survey for a specific work task (with Work Stage ID "H-2"), see the workflow configuration in the attached screenshot. However, we tested this and the outcome is that for all the work tasks created from the work task template, the survey was triggered (instead of only 1 with work stage id "H-2").    

 Over the last few days we have to got complains from several technicians saying, the MWO App is Offline time to time. They face this issue when trying to sync the application. Hi everyone,I have test that you can create a Selection Rule to have a default Service Delivery Unit per Service:Is it possible to have a default Delivery Unit per Contract Line or Object, so when you create a request for that Object/Contract Line, you have the delivery unit automatically retrieved? If not, is this something that is coming in future releases? I am working on 24.1.5. Thanks in advance.
