Hello,In the MWO Service app, is there a way for a technician (when assigned or transferred a request work task) to directly update specific attributes on the Actual Object record (e.g., software/firmware version) so that these updates persist and are visible on any future work tasks created for that same object?The goal is to have the updated object details automatically available to other technicians who may be dispatched to the same asset in the future on other work tasks, without having to re-enter the information or informing them of the last recorded version to let them know if they need to update accordingly.I attempted to achieve this via Test Points/Parameters, but there seem to be restrictions on the parameter types that can be used, which limits capturing certain types of data.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I’m trying to add a new page into MWO Maintenance application. Is this technically possible? Right now I have created a new page and added it in the Aurena native apps navigator.  I tried refreshing the cache and initializing the sync, but, this screen is not visible in the MWO.  I tried adding a custom field in the object screen which seems to work fine. Kindly let me know is there any way to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I’m hoping someone can tell me what the expected behaviour is for this functionality in IFS Cloud (24R2/25R1). Scenario:Create a work order and work task. Generate a Maintenance Purchase Requisition from the work task. Convert the requisition to PO. The costs log to Cost tab on the Work Task.Now apply a change order to the PO changing either the price or quantity of the item being purchased. Symptom:The changed price/qty from the PO line does not update the costs on the Work Task.  Question:Should changes on the PO be sending that cost back to the work task? If not, how do we then handle invoicing of Sales lines from the Work Task using Markup%(Cost +). The values will be incorrect. 

Hi all, is it possible to enable the reporting of times and expenses in the MWO App for future dates?As our technicians usually have Friday as travel day, they finish work and get the signature on the protocol on Thursday.Because the travel time and the mileage (expense) cant be entered for the next day, we have to work around.There is the possibility to add return travel in the Report In window, but this leads to an error and makes it impossible to complete the visit.I guess, this is because the return travel is booked as a Work Task Clocking, but we are using the NGSM with Requests / Request Work Tasks.The easiest solution would be to make it possible to enable future reportings. That would eliminate all problems regarding this topic. Thanks,Chris

My customer is in IFS Cloud. In the Edit Object Connection section. I am putting the Connected Services in sequence order that I would like for them to display. I slect the Check Mark/OK. As you can see in the second screen shot it is not in sequence as I selected.  

Hello,We have an issue with a customer who uses the dispatch console.The customer have two sites, A and B.Employees at site A can work on site B Work Orders and vice versa.We are considering creating one employee for each of the two sites, but we have 2 dispatch console : Site A dispatch console and Site B dispatch console.When an employee is assigned from the site A dispatch console, the system does not indicate in the site B dispatch console that the employee is not available, so it is possible to reassign the same employee at the same time in the site B dispatch console. Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?Thanks in advance,  

Hello,We currently have an issue where our IFS MWO Service app users are not returning their tasks from their mobile, they keep them in their Completed tasks tile which is storing 10-100+ tasks on their app.Is there a way to pull these tasks from their device as it’s causing issues with being able to close off the request/task?Thanks!

I'm hoping to get some insights from the community here. We're encountering random delays between the time a work order is assigned and when it's actually received on the service engineer's mobile app. These delays are inconsistent and can vary quite a bit.We've already tried several recommended troubleshooting steps, including:Increasing server resources Reconfiguring settings with higher max pool sizesUnfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue so far.We know that downloads only happen when the device is connected to data and powered on, and I can confirm that all these conditions are met—yet the delays persist.Has anyone else experienced something similar with Apps 10 UPD17? If so, what solutions or workarounds did you find that helped? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance! 

In IFS Cloud, when you create a child work order from a parent, the child is created with the customer no field blank. I assumed the child would inherit the parent’s connected customer. Is this how it’s supposed to work or is this a bug?

Hello I´m having the next error when using MWO:Error details: [{"code":6502,"message":"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"}].But this problem only happends when it is in spanish, as you can see in the screenshot i have my IFS Cloud in Spanish and have this problem.But if i change the language to English i dont have this problem, in fact I can create a new time report with no issue.Can someone help me or give some ideas where can be the trouble?Thank you

Hi ALl, Checking Calendar Generation to generate WO’s for my PM actions. But it seems there is not way to ‘schedule’ this to run automatically for example every Saturyday at 2am.Am I very much mistaken here or how can we schedule something like this? Best RegardsRoel Timmermans

Hi IFS community/MRO specialists,In IFSAPP 10,MRO work scope is released, MRO interim order released, and disassembly work orders are automatically disassembled.MRO assembly orders are not reserved or started, if assembly routing revision changes for the assembly part and relevant maintenance level routing is updated and activated.How can the current routing revision (phased in and old revision phased out) to be updated in existing MRO assembly shop order?I have tried re-releasing of define work scope and recalculating the maintenance levels, but the routing revision did not get updated.

If you use the standard object connection transformation you can Attach documents to the Service Contract and get them to the work task. Source on the files at Task is But If you transfer this Work Task to mobile. It doesn´t appear.If directly attaching document of the same document class to task, it will appear in MWO. It seem like MWO doesn´t replicate documents that is part of an object connection transformation in cloud? 

Hi everyone,when creating a new Service Request and add to my Work in MWO, how can I display a full list of customers including their locations?Currently, I only see a small subset of customers and I’m not able to select or view the location. We are using IFS Cloud 24R2 Even after selecting a customer, no location is shown: Any advice or configuration hints would be greatly appreciated!

We have custom LOV’s in Cloud.  When using the Find option, there are no hearts that would normally be clicked to create a Favorites list.  We have a maint org LOV in the task with hearts, but in the business opportunity we had to customize the list and there are no hearts.  Is there a way to create Favorites on the custom LOV?  

To anyone in the IFS Community,I’m having issues with the IFS MWO Service app on both Android and Windows. I’m able to initialize (Force Initialize) and use the application but it isn’t reflecting simple page designer changes such as a label rename.I’ve verified that this isn’t an issue with other Page Designer contexts and have found errors within the application log from initialization. See attached and excerpt below. Hi all, Has anyone got any documentation of using Crystal Report to amend / customise the Service Report from MWO once a Work Assignment has been complete. I know that the document can be configured. I would just like some additional documentation as proof of concept.  Thanks, Chiedza 

We are introducing someone to a new part of the business where they’re going to be helping with creating service requests, but even after giving site access, person group access, high level graph org structure access. When they go to select a maint org from the drop down, it’s blank. Is anybody able to help me with what we are missing from their setup that needs to be added in order for this to show?  

When canceling a task in mWo10 Maintenance that was simultaneously accepted by two users, but completed by one user and finalized in IFS, and the other user cancels the task, the task automatically returns to the undefined group pool. If the task is accepted again and actions are performed on the step, the following error is generated: ERRINV: ORA-20105: JtTaskResource.UPDATENOTVALIDTASK: It is not allowed to modify a Resource Demand connected to a Work Task with Finished status.I believe this is a bug and the task should not be returned to MWO.

Hello everyone, I have an issue regarding PO in MWO : I’ve created a PR and transformed it to a PO on a Work Order. I’ve assigned the WT to my resource and transfered it to the mobile. My problem is that I don’t see the PO in MWO.
