In IFS Applications Enterprise Version 8, there is a “Receive Order Handling” option available in the Prepare Work Order menu, which calls the database procedureACTIVE_SEPARATE_API.Create_Mro_Ro.
In IFS Cloud 25.1, I am trying to understand where this functionality has been moved to, or under which conditions it is expected to be available. I can still see the same procedure at the database level, however neither Prepare Work Order nor Conclude Work Order includes the Receive Order Handling option anymore.
I do see a similar option called “New / Maintenance Purchase Requisition”, but I am not confident that this fully replaces the old Receive Order Handling process.
Our business requirement is the following:
If we want to receive an serial object back from a customer for rework, and then process it through a Shop Order that is related to a Work Order, what is the correct and recommended approach in IFS Cloud?

Which process should be used instead of Receive Order Handling?

What are the prerequisites or conditions for this functionality to be available?

How should the relationship between the returned object, the Work Order, and the Shop Order be modeled in IFS Cloud?
