We are not able to update the status to “Complete” for the request bundle task.

Hi ​@TntNimitT,

In IFS Cloud, the sales part has already been added to the Request Bundle Task and the work has been assigned, so the system does not allow the same action to be performed again. This occurs because the sales part and work assignment were completed earlier in the process, and IFS Cloud prevents duplicate sales parts and assignments to maintain data consistency. This can be verified by navigating to Service Management > Request Management > Request Bundle Task, opening the relevant task, checking that the sales part is visible under Work Tasks, and confirming under the Assignments tab that an assignment exists with the task status set to Assigned or Work Started.
