Hi IFS Team,
The work task was completed on 28/12/2025 via the mobile work order; however, the status update in the IFS application was delayed by one day.
We have an event trigger that executes when the work task status changes to “Completed.” Due to the delay in the status update, the related event trigger for “Sending report to User” was also delayed.
Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved to avoid such delays in the future?
