Link between work order to several WBS project

The work order is linked to a single sub project and activity. Tasks are indirectly linked through the work order. 1:n wouldn’t work since you want to allocate work order progress and cost to one project activity.

What is your use case? Do you need to connect each Work Task on the Work Order to different projects or do you need to have each Work Task connected to several projects?

I do have a use case where a customer wants to have 2 projects but they only want one work order but they want multiple tasks on the same work order which would be for each project.  Work order 1 would have 2 tasks one for each project.  Is this possible in newer versions?

Yes, this is possible now. In the latest version, we ca have multiple Work Tasks of the same WO connected into different projects and activities.
